oo ye ke.. banyak kes lagi ke rupanya..

tapi baguslah kan.. actually kalau lebih ramai pengguna mcm Anis ni.. mungkin kurang sket kot kes2 penipuan dan penyelewengan ni kan..

yang menjadi2 ni mostly sebab tak kena apa2 tindakan lah tu..

Alhamdulillah..

Seperti yang dijanjikan, aku dah dapat balik DVD aku hari ni..





Agaknya, kalau aku komplen 6 minggu yang lepas pun sure dah lama setlled..

Nasib baiklah aku mmg bukan jenis tengok movie pun..

eheheh.. actually kalau nak ikutkan med.. takdalah nak komplen sgt pun..

maybe sebab DVD tu bukan keperluan aku sgt kot.. hihihi..

it's just that masa aku komplen aritu tgh free kt opis kan.. eheheh.. so aku cubalah menggunakan kemudahan telefon opis dgn sebaik mungkin.. tp bila tak dpt call tu.. mcm tak puas hati lah pulak kan.. so tu saja gugel econsave.. huhuh..

lagipun med... bebaru ni aritu kan takda TV pun.. so mcm tak perlu je DVD tu.. nak tgk kt mana pun..

tp confirm, kalau dah 2 bulan still tak dapat2 gak.. mmg nak kena lah kan.. :@ :@ :@

hmm..komplen2 ni jarang berjaya
aku dah byk kali adu pasal cafe kolej aku
kt majis tertinggi mahasiswa kolej aku
tapi setakat ni takda perubahan pun
mebi aku sendiri kene pergi jumpa pihak pentadbiran
n tunjukkan gamba2 lipas kt cafe aku tu


neway..kalau pendapat tu..byk kali jugakla tersiar kt utusan malaysia
bukan kt ruangan forum tu
tapi kt ruangan pendapat

masa aku skola2 dulu mmg rajin anta..

DVD baru mmg kebanyakannya akan di set /default guna 16.9...tp boleh je tukar setup DVD tu pada 4.3 sebagai contoh...

komplen kat streamyx pasal internet aku memanjang down:

I am writing this email to voice my dissatisfaction on the current difficulty to connect to streamyx.
This is observed since 14/05/2007, but could already occurred earlier.

14/05/2007 connection problem error 678 observed
15/05/2007 @940pm, called 1300889515, report #123456 opened
16/05/2007 @930pm, called 1300889515, problem not resolved
17/05/2007 still getting error 678
18/05/2007 still getting error 678
19/05/2007 @930pm attempted to login successful,but unable to browse, ping giving timeout or average 3000ms
19/05/2007 @1020pm technician called, informed technician that login ok, but not able to open any homepage
technician ask to test connection/disconnected in the next one hour
connection tested between 1030pm till 1130pm but still not able to browse with prolonged timeout
20/05/2007 1030am continue connection testing, ok, still unable to browse, called 1300889515, report #567890 opened.
test connection again while online with helpdesk. getting error 678. test again, stuck at verify username - error 718.
21/05/2007 0830pm attempt to connect, error 678 again, called 1300889515, 123456 reopened

It has been 8days and I keep on getting error 678 or if I am lucky I manage to get connected but not able to browse anything due to timeout.This can't go on and I could not be expected to test the connection on a hit and miss basis.

komplen ke poslaju pasal pakej x diterima:

I would like to lodge a complain with Poslaju and its call center for the handling of above item and call made to the center.

14/10/09 received sms notification regarding above item, to call 1300300300 if item not received after 5 working days

21/10/09 called 1300300300 to enquire on the above subject. Informed by the service agent that 'serahan tidak dapat disampaikan' on 14/10/09 10:48am. I  found this comment to be illogical as the delivery address is to an office which is opened 9am-6pm and there are always people even during lunch time to receive the item.
Service agent took down my name, contact and delivery address details for second delivery on 22/10/09.

22/10/09 called 1300300300 to enquire on the 2nd delivery. Talked to Iza 11:30am and I mentioned about my call yesterday. Informed  by Iza that there was no call yesterday recorded on above subject. I was quite angry about this cos all information has been provided to the Service Agent yesterday and yet there was no such conversation recorded yesterday!
What happen? Unfortunately I did not take down the name of yesterday's SA as it was thought to be a standard call in.

There are 2 complains here:
1)Illogical reason given for unable to deliver as the delivery is to an office address.
2)Call to call center deemed as not exist or didnt happened.

to my housing management pasal indiscriminate parking:

I refer to you Circular dated 1st November 2008.

I am disappointed that the management does not implement the notice in the circular which is supposed to be in effect as of 1st Jan 2009:

"The Management also wishes to inform all residents that with effect from 1st January, 2009, all residents of XXXX shall not park their cars at any of the visitor car parking bays and all the visitor car parking bays will be chained up to prevent any misuse by any of the residents"

and so on.

Is the above not happening?

As previous management, so many circulars have been distributed regarding security and indiscriminate parking and action supposed to be taken but none has materialised so far.
It looks like the same for the current management.
At least the previous security did go around clamping cars which were not parked in the appropriate bays. But now, the situation is getting worse, where cars are parked everywhere with no action taken.

I would like to see the current management to be more firm in imposing the house rules or any new initiatives.
