LeAnn Rimes married Dean Sheremet on February 23, 2002 at the Perkins Chapel located at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

The wedding was a traditional ceremony and included a string quartet playing "Air" from Handel's Water Music. This wodnerful event was witnessed by about 150 guests.

The ceremony was focused on family. There were photos of the bride's late godfather and late grandfather in the church foyer. LeAnn Rimes and her father, Wilbur Rimes, danced a father-daughter dance, an especially poignant moment in light of the estrangement the two had suffered previously.

LeAnn wore a strapless tulle Vera Wang dress and pinned a ring of her late grandfather's to her garter.

LeAnn Rimes opted to carry a bouquet of roses, sweet peas, hydrangea, and freesia.

The reception was held at the Four Seasons Hotel and Club and planned by Los Angeles's Best Events. The ballroom was highlighted with a sheer white tent which covered the stage and guests could watch dancers from the comfort of sofas.

Dinner began with sushi appetizers followed by beef tenderloin and pasta.

The wedding cake was a five-foot multi-tiered white-chocolate-and-strawberry wedding cake by Frosted Art. Thirty-five dozen roses were used to decorate the cake.

Scooby Doo actress Sarah Michelle Gellar and her co-star in the film Freddie Prinze junior tied the knot in a hush hush ceremony atop a Mexican cliff top on Sunday, the star? spokeswomen revealed on Tuesday.

Sarah, 25, who met her 26-year-old husband-to-be five years ago on the set of I Know What You Did Last Summer, made her vows in a Vera Wang gown, while the groom wore a bespoke suit in linen. Family and friends were invited to share the happy couple? nuptials at a secluded estate near the Mexican resort of Puerto Vallarta, the exact location of which was kept a closely guarded secret.

The couple announced their engagement in April last year and earlier this summer rumours abounded that they had wed in a Las Vegas ceremony. In their most recent collaboration, the successful Scooby-Doo vehicle, Sarah stars as sleuth Daphne while her intended plays her clean-cut companion Fred.

Sarah, who first came to fame in the cult TV series Buffy The Vampire Slayer, has had a series of roles in movies such as Scream 2 and Cruel Intentions.









Sarah Michelle Gellar's 4-tier Vanilla Cake

For Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr.'s wedding at a luxury beach resort in Mexico, a local baker created the four-tier vanilla-on-vanilla-cake, decorated with fresh pink and red roses. Sarah's favourite flavour also happens to be Vanilla.

British model Jordan married her boyfriend, pop star Peter Andre on Saturday, at Highclere castle in the Berkshire, Newbury, in England's Berkshire.

The wedding, which was estimated at $1.8 million, was attended by 350 guests, friends, family and celebrities. Jordan, who wore a tight pink dress covered in fake diamonds, was walked down to the altar on Whitney Houston's I Have Nothing single, from the soundtrack of The Bodyguard.

Jordan, 27 and Andre, 32, met and fell in love on the reality TV show "I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here." They became engaged last November and recently had their first child, Junior.

On Sunday, December 7, 2003, with just fifty guests (none of whom were celebrities), singer Mary J. Blige and record producer Kendu Isaacs had a quiet ceremony at her house in Bergen County, New Jersey, conducted by their pastor, none other than Dr. Frederick K.C. Price. Instead of an orchestra or band, a friend played "Here Comes the Bride" on the piano.

Even with a small wedding, Mary J. was reportedly very nervous ? she had difficulty breathing while walking down the aisle, and didn't exhale until Kendu took her hand.

They then sat down to dinner of oxtails, barbequed chicken, and crab prepared by her mother and sister. But celebrities can't pretend to be ordinary people forever; the couple is forgoing a honeymoon as Mary J.
begins rehearsals for her tour in promotion of her "Love and Life" album (which she's received three Grammy nominations for). Since new hubby Kendu worked on the album, hopefully they'll get to spend some time working together on the tour.
