semlm buat circuit training set ke 2 dari ke 3...set 1 tak sempat coz jln jem tapi semput juga ..semua guna dumbell 3kg..habis 15min..lepas tu buat threadmill 25min level 6..bicycle 15min..arround 7.15 balik..

ada soalan i nak tanya....u all buat workout selepas tu badan/kali sakit2 tak??mana yg lebih elok sakit or tidak?

KALAU BACAAN ESOK LAGI RENDAH, BOLEH GUNA YG LEBIH RENDAH


* Kalau rabu tghari tak dapat lagi bacaan berat, saya atau det akan bagi reminder.. Kalau betul2 BZ tu boleh la dimaafkan, tapi ada sesetengah peserta tu mmg dah jadi pesalah tegar, perlu diberi reminder tiap2 minggu. Kata pepatah "For things to change, YOU have to change.." You tu mmg sengaja saya boldkan sebab kawan, family, suami, boifren boleh bagi support, tapi selagi diri kita sendiri tak mau ubah kita punya attitude, selagi tu kita tak akan dapat apa yg kita inginkan..

pagi,
minum susu nesvita omega + roti
xpun mkn mihun goreng / milo campur krimer je...

tgh hari mkn nasi skit ngn ikan rebus atau ayam tomyam n sayur

ptg alik keje around kul 6.30pm, mkn nasi lauk biase atau mihum tomyam/sup...mlm xmkn ape2, just mkn biskut or buah...

air kosong mesti minum 2 liter kt opis...

exercise 2 kali seminggu...kalo mls xde langsung...
mase sy gi slimming centre...diorang kate sayer byk lemak tepu....isk3...
rase dh give up sgt...ingt nak turun 20 kg sbb nk pregnant, tapi cam xleh jer...
