Aku dah keluar dari comfort zone dh almost 4 thn..selama ni hidup bawak ketiak parents..maklumlah anak bongsu..tetibe kene ikut suami pindah jauh dr kg..mula2 mmg merana hidup aku..selama ni belajar uni pn dekat2 rumah je..

smpai pernah bergaduh ngn laki aku xtau nak pg mana..sbb xde sape2 kat sini..dhnye tempat ni pn aku x biasa..mmg down gila..

tp after 4 years, alhamdulillah aku dh boleh adapt..aku dh belajar jd independent..x hrpkn mak bapak je..cuma sebulan skali aku mmg mintak kt husband balik kg lawat parents aku..

Yes. Bile dh start bekerja, dh nmpak betapa beza nye ape yg kita lalui masa zaman belajar. Rase nk study sampai ke tua je, tapi sampai bile? Kerja lagi bagi byk ilmu yg kite x tahu & x pernah lalui mase belajar dulu

Pernah.masa umo 20 tahun.kena keluar rumah utk sambung belajar.awalnya mmg homesick.lama2 dapat biasakan diri sebab ada rakan2 yg memahami.bila hbs belajar,kena pula keja kat Borneo.Jauh pula dr keluarga.bila berjauhan,ia.mengajar kita menjadi lebih tabah.

perkara yg pling saya benci keluar dri comfort zone..kalau dberi pilihan taknak lgsung kuar dri comfort zone tp keadaan memaksa jd pernah la kuar beberapa kali, hasilnya not bad tp tak selesa lgsung sbb tetibe jd mcm org lain n bkn dri sndiri. memang kena slow2 utk kuar dri comfort zone sbb kerja saya sgt memerlukan saya utk jd extrovert.

Pernah... 10 yrs ago I decided to find a job oversea.. Dapat kat China, Beijing. First time jauh dari family, takde kawan, new environment - working and social life. Language barrier lagi, makan halal susah, serba serbi baru.

But I survived, after 3 yrs, make another decision to move back to KL to get married.

Now dah 10 tahun in comfortable zone.

13 tahun yang lalu pernah keluar dari comfort zone...berhenti dari kerja tetap dari sebuah syarikat swasta sebab VSS. Lepas tu dapat kerja kontrak 3 thun sebelum dapat kerja tetap yang sekarang ni dah dekat 10 tahun.
Harapnya inilah kerja sampai ke pencen. Confort zone jugakkan.
Keluar dari 'comfort zone' 3 tahun sudah sebab sambung 'Master' part time. Jual Honda, beli wira, struggle every week pergi kelas selama 2 tahun. Kenduri tak pergi, sedara meninggal tak balik kg.
Tapi lepas 2 tahun tu..lega dah ada 'sesuatu' dari diam lepak2 dalam 'comfort zone'.

My comfort zone is driving a manual car. Pastu decided utk beli kereta auto sbb hasben serik bwk kete manual. Bile da tue2 ni rase keperluan sgt dgn kete auto. Tp I jenis mmg xreti bwk kete auto. Festaim blaja, terjerit2 pggl hasben nak buat ape after tekan break (i fhm auto senang, but i da biase dgn manual, sampai tgn ni mmg gatal nk jugak pgg gear even for auto car). I panicked. So festaim blaja mmg huru hara. My hasben tolong gelak je la. We ended up arguing instead of driving( hahaha). Then, my manual car broke down(nak jd crite la kan). My hasben xnk hantar I pg keje. He sorta challenged me to drive the auto car. Die pg keje dgn motor so i mmg xkan naik motor la nak pg keje. Hahaha. So now i da bole bwk kereta auto.

Aci x tu, kluar dr comfort zone?

assalamualaikum. setuju n good topik  mod.I need to get out of my comfort zone to make new connections with new ideas. If I don't have that grit and resilience to embrace a growth mindset, I might never get a taste of what it feels like to be successful.Jadi..saya yakin boleh untuk menukar keselesaan saya dalam bekerja dan ya... lain padang lain belalang bukan?

bila saya menukar tempat kerja.. bertemu dgn persekitaran baru, cabaran utk sy mmg ada. permulaan ialah perbandingan. tetapi satu sahaja. letak humble sebagai kata kunci.. dan walau dimana sahaja kita dicampakkan.. Ibarat pepatah ‘Benih yang baik kalau di campak ke darat menjadi gunung dan jika dicampak ke laut menjadi pulau’

Sebelum ni keje dkt company melayu.
Mmg dah selesa. Skill dah level senior2 dah. Sampai boleh bagi training dkt org walau baru 2 tahun kerja.
Sampai satu tahap, rasa lama2 akan lunyai kalo still stay dekat situ.
So challenged myself to look for another opportunity.

Alhamdulillah. Dapat masuk company multinasional. Keje dgn pelbagai bangsa seluruh dunia.
Belajar benda baru tiap hari.

Keep reminding myself, kalau rasa selesa dtg lg, kene berhijrah lagi.

Only when pain overcomes fear do we risk change.

Willingly..no. But life's circumstances forced me many times to step out of my comfort zone. I didnt call the shots and it was life holding the strings. I grew up so fast during those periods. Its like a whole mountain of life lessons thrown at you at once. I learnt so much from every difficult situation.  

These experiences makes you stronger. You just need to do it once. Get up and just put a foot outside of your comfort zone. The second time will be a little easier and so forth.

There is so much to experience in life. Things that are within grasp, within our eyesight but we are just to scared to try. We tell ourselves to stay where we are. We convince ourselves it is just too big a gamble.

But if we are not brave enough to try. Then we dont deserve to envy others success. They dared try. Win or fail. Every attempt brings something to us. Every failure teaches us.

Maybe that should be our new year resolution.  This year will be the year we all try something new. Something we put off for years because we lacked courage. This year, we will try and step outside of our comfort zone.

I have done that few times throughout my career. I need to challenge myself in order to improve myself and the only thing to do is by moving out from my comfort zone.

sekarang berada dalam comfort zone.. ada duet sendiri.. drive sendiri pegi kerja balik kerja.. singgah mana2 sebelum balik rumah.. beli barang apa yang nak.. dah bertahun2 hidup mcm ni.. husband mintak jadi housewife sebab nak fokus anak sekolah.. tapi belum bersedia nak keluar dari comfort zone.. takut nanti takleh nak survive dengan mintak duet husband.. nak beli apa2 kena tanya dlu.. tak bebas.. uwaaaa..

New generation nowadays tend to be very  spoiled and rather be in comfort zone. They tend to avoid challenges in lives by finding a jobs  in their own backyards.
By right parents send their boys and girls far away for them to be ready to survive in life. To be able to stand on their own feet. Not after spending 5-6 years in university and back home without a good chance to land a job that at par with their qualification in their own small town.
They just want to be in their comfort zone, forever and ever and I pity them.

Yes sekarang nak keluar dari confort zone.Dah mula terfikir sampai bila nak selesa tanpa mencabar diri.Perlu keluar dan cari suasana lain untuk cabaran baru.Dan paling penting walau di tempat orang dah terlalu selesa,nak merasa suasana baru di tempat sendiri
