MUMBAI: Aktres terkenal Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor, bakal mencatat rekod tersendiri mengalahkan seorang lagi pelakon seksi Mallika Sherawat apabila melakonkan adegan cium terbanyak dalam filem dengan kekasihnya, Saif Ali Khan, dalam Kur-baan, menurut laporan. kelmarin.
Sumber rapat dengan syarikat filem Karan Johar mendedahkan, mereka percaya Kareena Kapoor dan Saif Ali Khan berjaya mewujudkan satu persembahan meyakinkan dalam filem terbaru itu.
Apapun, begitu banyak aksi berkucupan dalam filem berkenaan tentu diberi lebih banyak tumpuan dan mencetuskan perdebatan.
Mallika paling banyak bercium dalam filem Khwahish iaitu 17 kali dengan aktor Himanshu Malik.
Laporan awal menyatakan, filem Kurbaan menampilkan Kareena dengan gaya lebih seksi manakala Saif menunjukkan watak menggoda dalam filem terbitan Rensil D'silva.
Pasangan itu nampaknya berusaha bersungguh-sungguh untuk memastikan Kurbaan dianggap filem paling ghairah pernah dihasilkan di Bollywood.
Bagi kekasih di luar dan dalam industri filem India itu, mereka mahu menepis anggapan bahawa pasangan yang intim di luar filem tidak berjaya bila cuba menunjukkan suasana romantik dalam lakonan.
Mereka dikatakan juga sebagai menghadapi tekanan untuk membuktikan kegagalan menunjukkan keserasian lakonan dalam Tashan bukan penghalang kali ini.
Kurbaan membawa tema keganasan dan berkait rapat dengan serangan 11 September 2001 di New York, mengisahkan kehidupan orang Islam di Amerika Syarikat selepas insiden berkenaan.
Saif memegang watak sebagai seorang pengganas manakala Kareena sebagai tunangnya yang tidak tahu menahu identiti kekasih.
Kurbaan turut dibintangi Vivek Oberoi, Dia Mir-za, Kirron Kher dan Om Puri serta bakal ditayangkan di seluruh dunia pada 27 November depan. – Agensi

26th July 2005 rang an ominous bell-for most... but amidst all the chaos and the tragedy, it reunited two star crossed ex lovers. 2 people who meet after a hiatus of 6 years-now occupying different worlds. Evidently, they had moved on...
What starts off as a seemingly innocuous encounter on the same flight back to Mumbai-ends up as a rollercoaster ride through some of the darkest hours of Mumbai-as they see the city get swamped with disaster and loss...and are forced to stick together in this time of crisis.
The story shifts perspective between the past and the present- a glorious but crazy past of 2 starkly different people falling in love-the differences at first being exciting. Gradually with time, they journey through the emotional pitfalls attached, the constant bickering, the frantic and urgent making up, and irreconcilable differences-that give way to a final break up. And then we see those very people struggling their way through a stormy night in Mumbai that threatens to take over the city, their fears and insecurities lying bare as their guard drops.
As emotions run high, the two learn more about each other on that night possibly than they knew in all those years of being together- tough situations call on some important revelations and they realize how transient and unpredictable life is and they need to make the most of the time that has been given to them together.

Kajol and Kareena in ‘Stepmom’ remake

Cameras are set to roll on the Bollywood remake of the 1998 Hollywood film Stepmom. Kajol, Kareena Kapoor, and Arjun Rampal will star in the yet-to-be-titled Indian version of the hit American movie about a divorced couple with two children and the husband’s new wife. Kareena will play the stepmother—the role belonging to Julia Roberts in the original—while Kajol will play the ex-wife, which was Susan Sarandon's role. Arjun will take on Ed Harris’ character, the children’s father.
Kareena will reportedly wear no makeup and sport a new hairstyle to make her look like an ordinary woman who’s frazzled by her new stepkids. She’s said to be thrilled about the prospect of again working alongside an actress of Kajol’s stature—the two appeared together once before, playing sisters in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham in 2001.
Kajol recently finished shooting My Name is Khan with co-star Shahrukh Khan, and Kareena is close to finishing her work on 3 Idiots with co-star Aamir Khan.
Dharma Productions, which belongs to famous filmmaker Karan Johar, is producing the remake and in September it finalized the deal to acquire the rights to the original film from Sony. Shooting is expected to begin this month.
