CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Job Descriptions:


  • To handle incoming calls professionally, assess customer's inquiries or complaints and fast decision making.
  • Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
  • Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements and complaint management processes.
  • Provide top notch customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied.


Requirements:


  • SPM with minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service field.
  • Fresh Diploma or Degree holder in any field are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • MUST be able to work on a rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.
  • Willing to work at Selangor or Kuala Lumpur.
