Tongkeng Bakar Bermadu, Lazatnya Menjilat Jari!

Antara menu yang popular di pasar malam pastinya ialah tongkeng bakar bermadu.


Rasanya yang lemak dan disaluti madu juga rempah segar sangat mengasyikkan.


Tak sedar dah makan beberapa cucuk! Jom cuba resipi ini, yang dipetik daripada portal RASA:




Bahan-bahan:


200gm tongkeng ayam


5 biji bawang merah | dikisar


1 1/2sm halia | dikisar


1 batang serai | dikisar


Garam secukup rasa



Cara memasak:


1. Gaulkan bahan kisar bersama garam dan juga tongkeng ayam rata.


2. Kemudian rebus sehingga masak.


3. Apabila masak, angkat dan cucukkan pada lidi sebelum dibakar sehingga masak.- CARI Infonet
