Job Descriptions: - Answer general phone inquiries. - Direct phone inquires to the appropriate staff members. - Updated, manage and prepare schedule of daily'sdispatch tasks. - Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and databasesoftware to prepare reports, memos, and documents. - Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries fordistribution. - Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courierparcels. - Forward incoming general e-mails to the appropriatestaff member. - Purchase, receive and store the office suppliesensuring that basic supplies are always available. - Code and file material according to the establishedprocedures. - Provide secretarial and administrative support tomanagement and other staff. - Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment,facilities & utilities. - And assist some part of financial work (training willbe provided) - Assists task related to Administration and ad-hocktasks time.
Working Day : Monday - Friday (Saturday - First WeekOnly) Working Hours : 9:00AM - 5:30PM
Salary: RM 1 700 per month
