Role Associate Operations
Area : Bangsar
Responsibilities: · Handle back office and manage tasks associatedwith Towers in an efficient and accuracy manner for CDSS customers. · Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to quality management. · Ensure all requests are handled within required service standard. · Follow through tasks and take ownership toensure they are completed as the required standards. · Analyzeand interpret financial statistics and other data,follow by producing relevant reports. · Deliver excellent customer service without compromising business needs. · Escalate queries to Team Manager as andwhen deemed necessary, and complete these hand-offs in a timely fashion. · Establish and maintain effectiveworking relationships with colleaguesand customers alike. · Maintain regular and consistent attendance,punctuality and appearance. · Pursue personal development on skills andknowledge necessary for the role and take responsibility for own learning. · Think out of the box to deal with in-lifeprocess issues to meet customer SLA.
Requirements: · Minimum graduate level education. · Preferably two years’ experience in Telecom,banking and/or finance role or internationalBPO experience. · Experience of carrying out financial reconciliations - desirably inthe areas of revenue and commercial data. · Excellent written and spoken English. · Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel/Access) and goodexperienced in Microsoft Excel. · Required to work in Asia Pacific / UK time zone.
