Muslims will not heed his words. Because it is easier to think and wait for an afterlife than to struggle and success in this life. Islam have taught Muslims everything in the World is temporary, therefore, they don't bother about education, accumulating wealth or build a better nation. And if there is no sex, I doubt Muslims will be bothered about women, and they certainly don't bother about their children, believing that some Arabic god made them stupid and therefore, they should remain stupid just like their leader, Muhammad.

Such are the similitudes which We propound to men

Why would the mountain cleave asunder? But not men?
Remember God saying...
Have We not made the earth as a wide expanse
And the mountains as pegs?
And created you in pairs
And made your sleep for rest
And made the night as a covering
And made the day as a means of subsistence?
And built over you the seven firmaments
And placed a Light of Splendour?
And do We not send down from the clouds water in abundance
That We may produce therewith corn and vegetables
And gardens of luxurious growth?
(The Great News 78:6-16)
Verily in this is an instructive warning for whosoever feareth
What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven? Hath constructed it
On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection
Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out
And the earth, moreover, hath He extended
He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture
And the mountains hath He firmly fixed
For use and convenience to you and your cattle
(Those Who Pull Out 79:26-33)
But why mountain?
Can it governs all those things while being entrusted as pegs
which firmly fix the face of the earth?
Then why men?
Can one self be humble to his Creator?
While governing so much more than above mentioned?
- both nature and humans...
But seek
with the (wealth) which Allah has bestowed on thee
the Home of the Hereafter
nor forget thy portion in this world
but do thou good
as Allah has been good to thee
and seek not mischief in the land
for Allah loves not those who do mischief
(The Stories 28:77)

yes beings ambitious is good but when humans get lots of money...they fall into greed....
as for Mahathir....i m not sure whether he took bribe or not.....even if he does...that his business with Creator but I do respect him for bringing this country in form of improvement compare to present leaders....
apa yang Dr.M kata benar............tapi sayang,Dr.M baru paham perkara yang ulama-ulama Islam bahaskan lebih dari seribu tahun dahulu....cuba tanya balik Dr.M...Umat islam dahulu berjaya membina empayar yang luas dengan tamadun ilmu yang tinggi hasil pemahaman yang diajar oleh siapa?oleh ulama Islam ke atau oleh pemimpin sekular macam Dr.M ni?????????
