MALAYSIAN SINGER ELLISAN TAN MUSIC SHORT FILM, SHE BELIEVES HE LIES, BREAKS 220,000 VIEWS IN YOUTUBE WITHIN THREE WEEKS

Firstly, Duckling Actions and our collaboration partners will like to express our sincere apologies to media on what happened during the 'Preview Launch' on 23rd Jan 2013. Duckling Actions admits the responsibility for the mishaps; where unforeseen circumstances at the last minute had lead to the absence of our overseas artistes, as well as the host, who could not make it due to urgent personal matters.

“She Believes He Lies”, produced by Duckling Actions in collaboration with Motive Scene and other partners, is a charity musical short film, shot with daring, modern techniques to deliver an impact in its message to young people – to not easily give in to suicide. It is specially made for budding Malaysian singer, Ellisan Tan; in which also features famed Korean Youtube dance cover group, Waveya, as our guest artiste. Later on, we have also managed to garner support from various artistes and famed models, including the X-Top Supermodels, as well as Best Asian Female Model-DJ, Nicole Chen. This Malay song, Penipu Hati, is inspired by Ellisan's own experience after a break-up in her relationship. However, ever since its production several months ago until now, “She Believes He Lies” has encountered many obstacles, and almost met a difficult end.

Fortunately, with tenacity and perseverance, Duckling Actions and all our partners in collaboration have endured it all till the end. Recently, just 3 weeks ago, the team have posted the Director's Cut of “She Believes He Lies” onto Youtube, successfully garnering over 220,000 viewers within three weeks; a heartening feat for us.
