[Update]Misi Kuruskan Badan: from 68kg to 56kg.. now back 65kg

Duduk oversea ke? Pndapat sy..cara makan bunny mcm x healthy sgt sbb mlm x makan so perut lapar..y ...

Aa kat oversea... duduk oversea nie paling susah avoiding is its chocolate, soft drink & all kinds of pasta.. Jaranglah dpt mkn nasi kecuali pergi kedai Asean... nak masak malas & penat...plus duduk dgn matsalleh nie leceh sket. I mmg prefer mkn buah jer but sugar content is too high..kalau ada masa masaklah sup...
Maggi bukan tiap2 hari.. once in blue moon...but i look forward more on the egg. For me I prefer mkn spicy & rempah2 because it warms up the body n make me sweat... my best bet is eating oat bran & apple& drink lots of water.chamomile tea pun sedap jugak esp nak elak minum teh susu or hot chocolate..duduk negara sendiri senang nak kurus sebab kita tak store lemak n byk mimum air sebab dahaga. Tak mcm duduk kat negara sejuk, u tend to store more fat.. Org kita jer yg tak reti berhenti mkn n avoid temptation/godaan mkn. This is well known our eating ethique yg mkn mcm feast, dua tiga lauk + nasi mengunung bertambah2. Yelah mkn pun senang... hulur jer.for me is to reprogrammed my brain to only eat when I need to & not eating till death. Bunny dulu selalu mkn sampai terlalu penuh & mulalah sakit. Skg mkn sket jer & stop before feeling too full.

apa kata challange your appetite. see how

cuba buat beli nasi lemak daun pisang yg ceponet ceponet tuh....minum air dulu sebelum makan...pas tu bila tinggal separuh stop terus...tgk how far your brain can control your stomach...good luck

dah buat tgk result buat self-assessment.

Ahaha..buat masa skrg dh lupa psl.nasi lemak..tak terliur sgt pn..cuma sebulan sekali ingt..mkn amik skit pn x jd..dh pnh buat..haha

aah, bila lama2 mmg boleh agak dah brapa kalori utk makanan..mostly..saya malas donlod apps..cuma  ...

yup agreed as for me, better makan nasi dari makan yang bukan2 and ended up berat makin bertambah. sbb honestly saya dah try macam2 jenis diet and pernah amik supplement utk kurus but nothing works huhu .. sampai la saya jumpa how to actually lose weight with eating in moderation and get your body move! and some more it is fun sebab tak perlu tahan diri dari amik certain type of foods..makan je apa2 in moderation and stay active..in shaa Allah berat akan turun..slow but surely it will sambil boleh tingkatkan fitness badan hehe..

Lauk mmg protein..tp cara masakan tu x berkhasiat..klau dh bergoreng berminyak bergaram bagai.ok je dgn diet mkn kukus grill panggang..lgpn sy mmg suka makanan panggang..

Mesia ni dh la mmg mkn bersantan..pastu byk sgt majlis..mane x pemakan..haha..majlis kawin bertunang aqiqah nk g umrah masuk umah baru besday bla3..haha..sup n mknan pedas actually bagus..chaiyok! Hehe

Kan...hihi..sy dulu malas nk diet..sbb asal baca je psl diet..kna cut nasi..tu asik tangguh..last2 ikut diet rendah kalori mmg enjoy mkn..sekali sekala mkn bnde yg ngarut tp skit..cthnya kak sy homemade baker..dulu sy taster rasmi kek dia..skrg kna rasa sesudu je..ala2 masterchef..hihihi

dlm proses nk turunkan lg 6kg...
n nk kentalkan otot...
terutama otot perut yg berbuai2...
huhuhu...
awal tahun almost 70kg...
lepas puasa turun ke 65kg...
selasa lepas check dh 61kg...
fuhhhh....
nk dptkn 55kg ni...

saya tak pantang mkn...
semua pun sapu...
tp semua amik small portion...
mula2 tu ada jugak kira kalori guna apps myfitness pal...
skrg jarang2 bukak...
klu ada mknn yg jarang mkn n xtau kalori baru bukak apps tu...
anggaran kalori tak lebih 1200 kcalori sehari...

nasi adelah wajib mkn...
tp pastikan sekali atau 2 kali makan tu dlm segenggam tangan je...
minum air masak banyak....
air manis sekali sekala...
mula2 diet ada try herbalife...
tp tekak tak boleh telan...

lepas tu ada la senam sikit2...
pagi sebelum mandi pi keja n balik keja...
just aerobik 5 minit camtu...
n rajin squat...
mmg bontot cantik la...
hubby dah rajin puji...
n skrg tgh merajinkan diri buat plank...
saya banyak refer blog kevin zahri...

wahh bestnya.. teruskan usaha rose.. aku sekarang telan ayur slim.. selepas advance slim tak jalan...best plak ayur slim ni, sebab buat hilang selera sampai weolls risau sebab tak boleh melantak... dan  bikin lawas.. lawas bukan cirit

Wahhhh...walaupun awk mkn bnyk tp still bleh trun berat ok la mcm 2..sehari sy bersenam 2 kali pg sblum breakfast n petang..senaman pgi sy cma jogging dgn sit up sja dlm 30 or 40 mnit..waktu petang plak sy jogging..skipping..lompat bntang..sy xamlkan heavy excercise..jd berat trun skit2 sja..
