then divide by 2..1.5L while at the office..balance minum time dekat rumah

saya minum guna botol 800ml so senang nak measure..if 1.5L it's around 2 bottles je u can do it hihi..

45 tu still within normal bmi=19.5 tapi rasanya nanti macam kurus sgt plk kan..skrg ni rasanya oka ...

Within normal ok la..target sy 49kg pn tahap bmi 19 gak..so klau nanti mkn.byk berat naik 50kg je..kih3..dh ada matlamat mkn byk nnt..wakaka..

Sy jenis minum air mmg byk..opis bwk.1.5 liter..biasa abis..habit kat umah plk..sebelum solat minum seteguk dua..klau kat opis tu biasa g toilet sekali pg..then tghari sblm lunch n masa solat zohor n asar..4x gak..sy jenis kje ngadap computer..so bila g toilet..sy anggap tu utk rest mata  sy..bukan bnde menyusahkn..hehe

saya pun ada gak makanan yg x leh nk skip..biasa kalau g site..if singgah minum..sure beli gak nescafe ais or nescafe o ais..favourite drink sblm diet pastu malam mula la kalut kena makan bende simple sbb kalori dah pergi ke nescafe

my menu plan option 1 (masa mula2 start diet)

breakfast (makan pukul 8)
koko krunch small pack (3 kotak) 289kcal

pukul 10pg
epal (2 biji) 60kcal

lunch
nasi segenggam 150kcal
ikan cencaru sumbat sambal 200kcal
sayur hijau 25kcal
epal 1 biji 30kcal

dinner
ayam panggang 200kcal
timun 25kcal
sos 20 kcal

semua sekali 999kcal since kalori sehari saya masa ni 1380kcal..ada extra kalori..saya minum susu coklat

Sbnnrye untuk calorie tu kite kire yg carbohydrates saja... yg protein xperlu... dats y atskin diet suh amik protein... kalori tentu2 sikit... carbo 4 protein 1 lemak 1 nisbah die...

my menu plan option 2

breakfast
roti putih bakar 2kpg+planta+ gula 230kcal
lama2 bila rasa full, sy kurangkan jadi sekeping je
kopi o/teh o dgn satu setgh sudu teh gula+= 80 kcal (16kcal utk satu sudu teh gula)

pukul 10 pg
epal 40kcal
sbb saiz epal besar skit, so sy add sendiri

lunch sama
nasi putih+ikan cencaru+ sayur+epal= 405kcal

malam sama
ayam panggang+ timun= 245kcal

semua sekali 1000kcal..ada extra kalori..biasa saya minum lemon or makan epal and yogurt

my menu plan option 3..sebab saya cepat bosan..so byk tukar2 makanan..since saya suka makan ayam and nasi..mmg x pernah tinggal pun dlm diet..cuma kurangkan dan try makan bahagian dada utk ayam..peha and sayap tak boleh la sbb byk lemak

breakfast
roti gandum sekeping brand gardenia kaler purple..sy x suka roti gandum..tapi yg ni ok bila makan roti je 73kcal+ tuna 20kcal (letak sebelah je)+ telur rebus buang kuning 20kcal =113kcal
susu coklat HL small pacak strawberi 138 kcal

pukul 10pg
makan pisang 2 biji 140kcal
(tukar pisang sbb dah boring dgn epal n sbb pisang lagi kenyang)

lunch
nasi less dari segenggam 120kcal
ayam sup 200kcal
ulam 25kcal

dinner
ayam panggang 200kcal
roti gandum 73kcal
sos 20kcal

my menu plan option 4

breakfast
susu HL coklat 150kcal (brand ni je yg paling low kalori)
oat quaker instant classic coklat 120kcal( saya x suka oat tapi yg ni ok sbb rasa coklat pastu letak susu coklat skit syok makan..mcm makan milo serbuk saja2, peberet dulu2)

saya pernah buat atkins before..but tahan 2 minggu je cause it really doesnt suits me well..tak boleh amik nasi but i need that badly at least sekali sehari and i figured out bila saya tak amik nasi, saya akan amik benda lain merepek2 so ended up makin gemuk

at last i decided to actually change my eating habits and lifestyle..i will just eat anything i want BUT in small portions. so bila macam tu, diri akan terlatih makan dalam certain portions saja dan tak terasa tengah berdiet pun hehe

masa mula2 start diet saya monitor calorie makanan. if let say my calorie for that day is 1200..i'll make sure half of it be burnt(with workout) at the end of the day

tapi skrg dah okay, boleh control sendiri and blh budget certain makanan bape calorie..so dah tak update dah hehe

Sy buat 2 bln turun 10 pastu sustain x mkn nasi for one year. Xmkn carbs to be exact. G mekdi mkn daging roti xmkn. G fasfood lain amik salad... air manis kirangkn tp klubcoffee bean cannot resist... heje. Sejak raya duli br mkn carbd... naik sket berat badan...

Setengah org mmg xbole tanpa nasik. Sy bole. Mkn tempe dgn ikan keli dgn tahu xde nasik... klu tingin pun sy amik sesudu dua... org msia salah makan nasik 3 smpi 5 x sehari. Org putih makan nasik 5 x seminggu... lain sgt kite menyimpang. Kita no 6 kt dunia ygvobese klu x salahm.. betulkn cr pemakaanan. Serioudly... dgn kurngkn mkn bole reduce kan risk of heart attack...

mmg susah nak maintain berat badan kecuali  kita tahu bdn kita sensitip dgn jenis makanan dan kita tukar polar pemakanan

akak senang, nak gemuk mknan benda manis manis...sure seminggu boleh naik 2-3 kilo huhuhu
nasi tak sgt tapi kawal pengambilan seminggu sekali jer sebab kandungan gula dlm nasi tinggi. kengkadan tuh terlajak selera..

agak agak nak turun balik, minum air kosong byk dan tak amik benda manis sure turun

the rest, exersice buat brisk walking dan sauna for 45min dah cukup

sama la..x boleh cut nasi terus..so better la buat diet rendah kalori

pernah try tak makan nasi tghari..tp end up makan bende lain plak..so baik makan nasi kan..

sy rasa diet ni kena ikut kemampuan diri

mcm saya dulu tiap2 pagi breakfast nasi lemak..favourite..siap hari last sebelum diet, bedal nasi lemak duluso memang x boleh makan sikit, kalau ckp je sikit tapi end up banyak gak masuk mulut..jadinya sy buang terus nasi lemak dr menu saya skrg..mmg pesen x boleh sikit2 mesti bertambah jgk sbb tak puas..so ganti dgn makanan lain terus..abis cite
