There's no doubt that a lot of women would love for their Prince Charming to come and sweep them off their feet, at least according to Town & Country magazine, which named Prince Harry the top bachelor in the world.
The list of 40 men is described by the publication as "a highly subjective, thoroughly opinionated survey of the princes, politicians, scions, DJs, and billionaires-to-be we consider the most eligible men in the universe."

Joining the 28-year-old on the list are other royals like Prince Amedeo from Belgium, Prince Carl Phillip of Sweden, and Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark as well as sports stars including Jeremy Lin and Tim Tebow.
Though George Clooney made his way into the mix, he's all the way down at #33. Even President Barack Obama's former right-hand man Reggie Love beating him out at #21.

Prince Harry, 28
THE SKINNY: Prince William's baby brother flirts and flies Apache helicopters with equal aplomb.
LIKES: Bardot blondes; polo ponies; goofing off.
NATURAL HABITAT: Mayfair nightclubs; the caves of Tora Bora.
CAVEAT: He loves dressing up — in everything from ill-fated fancy dress to his birthday suit.

THE SKINNY: One of the best golfers in recent history, the Aussie appears to be marriage material; he was devastated after his seven-year relationship with his architect girlfriend ended.

LIKES: Surfing; watching pro tennis (Serbian player Ana Ivanovic is among a string of athletic exes); long putters.

NATURAL HABITAT: Driving ranges on Australia's Gold Coast.

CAVEAT: Possibly still smarting from his epic loss to Ernie Els in last summer's British Open.

Andrew Lauren, 43   THE SKINNY: The oldest of Ralph's three children and, as a movie producer and onetime aspiring actor, the furthest from the family business.
LIKES: His Australian shepherd mix Cinch and, apparently, Laetitia Queyranne, an Under the Influence editor he has been photographed with regularly over the last two years.
NATURAL HABITAT: Sundance; front row at Ralph Lauren fashion shows; Central Park dog runs.
CAVEAT: You'll have absolutely no say in who designs your dress.

LIKES: Polo and ping-pong.
NATURAL HABITAT: The field, trying to repeat his 2010 Triple Crown.
CAVEAT: He did once admit to liking the Hard Rock Café.

Jon Favreau, 31   THE SKINNY: The second-youngest head presidential speechwriter ever (he was 27 when Obama entered office and gave him the position), the die-hard Democrat and Holy Cross valedictorian has already made Time magazine's "100 Most Influential" list.
LIKES: Playing piano; the Red Sox.
NATURAL HABITAT: The Oval Office.
CAVEAT: Despite a high-profile 2009 relationship with Rashida Jones, Favreau is a married-to-his-job type — he's known to work 20-hour days — and seems committed to doing so, at least for the next four years.

Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark, 26   Greece abolished its monarchy in 1973, so Philippos's wife won't be queen. But the Georgetown graduate keeps royal standards — he reportedly declined an offer to appear on a U.K. reality show.

Pierre Rainier Stefano Casiraghi, 25   This grandson of Princess Grace used to be less well known than his sister Charlotte and brother Andrea; a brawl at a New York bar last year changed

Prince Carl Philip of Sweden, 33   The jury is out on how his parents feel about his race car driving and his relationship with Sofia Hellqvist, a reality TV contestant who once made out with Jenna Jameson.

Prince Amedeo of Belgium, 26   If you didn't know that Amedeo was descended from multiple European houses, you might think he was just another New York City Marathon–running Deloitte employee.

Alexander Soros, 27   THE SKINNY: The son of George Soros recently started his own foundation dedicated to social justice; he owns bachelor pads in London, New York, and the Bay Area. (If you miss the boat on him, there's his 23-year-old brother, Greg, who, like most aspiring artists, lives in a $12 million Manhattan townhouse.)

CAVEAT: Daddy issues (he has mentioned George's distant parenting style in several interviews).

Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld, 28   Art dealer, son of former French Vogue editor Carine, and godson to Mario Testino. If that doesn't scare a girl off, the street style pics of his girfriend Giovanna Battaglia certainly will.

NATURAL HABITAT: Hunting ban protests.
CAVEAT: Father Bryan married Isaac's ex-girlfriend Amanda Sheppard last year. And if that doesn't faze you: "Slave to Love" as a wedding song?

Patrick Schwarzenegger, 19   Having Arnold and Maria as parents cannot have been easy of late, but the model/USC student remains a family man.

Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, 31   THE SKINNY: For all their prior whining about Facebook, the Greenwich, Connecticut–bred identical strapping lockjaws eventually extracted millions in stock from it, which they now use to invest in other web ventures, such as SumZero, an online — what else? — social network for hedge funders.

CAVEAT: You may not always be able to tell them apart.

Malcolm Gladwell, 49   Every time we turn around and blink(!), this Tipping Point author has a new woman on his arm.

Philip Roth, 79   The recently retired Pulitzer Prize winner has rarely met a shiksa he didn't like.

George Clooney, 51   Obvious maybe, but his hair color and dating record (pro wrestlers? kindergarten teachers?) define the category.

Larry Gagosian, 67   Is he or is he not still dating It girl Shala Monroque? We couldn't tell you for sure, which is exactly the way he likes it.

Danny Huston, 50   The twice-married half-brother of Angelica Huston loves himself a pretty young lady. His latest belle is Bond girl Olga Kurylenko.

Jack Nicholson, 75   Long-term with Angelica Huston, never married but five children, and a dalliance with Lara Flynn Boyle make for a frustratingly irregular pattern.

Charlie Rose, 71   Seen with a bevy of women and still occasionally escorted by Amanda Burden, whom he has dated on and off since his 1980 divorce.
