Im Si Wan and Lee Hyun Woo To Have Confrontation in 'Man From the Equator'
The new KBS 2TV Wednesday and Thursday drama "Man From the Equator" (written by Kim In Young and directed by Kim Yong Soo and Han Sang Woo) released a still taken on the film set in which the actors Im Si Wan and Lee Hyun Woo, who play the childhood characters of the protagonists presented their completely different charms. Im Si Wan (playing Lee Jang Il) and Lee Hyun Woo (playing Kim Sun Woo) are expected to attract the viewers' attention with their handsome appearance and excellent acting in the beginning of the drama. Their appearances in the unveiled still look completely different from their previous images of flower boys with tender and sweet smiles. They looked that they were fully immersed in their characters and concentrating on filming in the still
Im Si Wan, who played a sweet Confucian scholar in the MBC drama "Moon Embracing the Sun," presented his cold and indifferent eyes while holding an umbrella in the middle of rain. His appearance in a school uniform perfectly matches the excellent student Jang Il, which drew attention. Im Si wan will play the best friend of Sun Woo during their childhood and a fateful rival of Sun Woo after they grow up. He is expected to attract female viewers with his chic charm behind his handsome appearance.
Lee Hyun Woo plays a childhood of Kim Sun Woo, who will be played by actor Um Tae Woong later. Kim has a passionate heart to live a severe life against his twisted fate. Lee was also perfectly matched to the rebellious teenager who is gazing somewhere off camera. In particular, his muscular charms from his deep eyes, well-defined features, and sharp face line are drawing more attention and interest.
The writer Kim In Young who wrote the KBS drama "Women in the Sun" in 2008 will make a comeback with "Man From the Equator" after a four year-break. Actors such as Um Tae Woong, Lee Joon Hyuk, Lee Bo Young, Kim Young Chul, Lee Won Jong, and Lee Jae Yong will appear as the main cast characters in "Man From the Equator," and it has already begun filming to air its first episode on March 14.
