Report: Lady Gaga, Madonna, Katy Perry To Honor Britney Spears At VMAs

Lady Gaga will be making a return to the MTV Video Music Awards this year, and she has released quite a few promos for the cable channel promoting her appearance. Gaga joins other musicians this year along with Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, Adele, Lil Wayne, and Young the Giant. The show will be broadcasted on August 28.
Gaga, who made her VMAs debut in 2009 when she performed Paparazzi in a blood-themed performance, is rumored to be among those who will honor Britney Spears at the show. Others expected to honor the pop star include Katy Perry, Madonna, Kesha, and Nicki Minaj. The who’s who of top musicians are also reportedly going to honor Spears by performing some of her biggest hits over the past decade.
According to a report, Katy Perry will sing the song that made Spears famous, Oops! I Did it Again, while Gaga will perform Circus. Kesha and Nicki Minaj are expected to sing Gimmie More, but that isn’t confirmed.
