sambal hitam la momod..
kalo kat pahang, belah2 raub or lipis femes la sambal ni.
campuran ikan bilis, lada kecik, bawang kecik sikit, N ramuan utama belimbing rebus.
sedap makan dengan nasik panas or roti keping.
sambal ni paling mahal kot, bekas kecik je dah rm10

ni belimbing yg dah di rebus
dah tukaq kaler jadi itam



tepek resepi sekali
Bahan
Segenggam ikan bilis- di siang dan di rendam.
Cili padi- ikut suka banyak mana.
1 sudu belimbing buluh yang telah di rebus @ digelar belimbing hitam
2 ulas bawang merah
seulas bawang putih
seulas bawang besar- di hiris bulat
Minyak untuk menumis.
garam,gula, serbuk perasa sesedap rasa.

Cara
- Tumbuk bawang putih, bawang merah dan lada bersama garam- ketepikan.
-Tumbuk sedikit ikan bilih tapi jangan lumat-ketepikan.
-Tumbuk belimbing hitam- ketepikan.
- Panaskan minyak, tumis lada,bawang yang telah di tumbuk tadi. Bila naik bau, masukkan ikan bilis. Semasa menggoreng, api tidak boleh terlalu kuat. Bila dah naik minyak, masukkan belimbing hitam dan tumis sehingga rata dan masukkan gula, garam dan serbuk perasa.
- Bila nampak sedikit garing, masukkan bawang besar dan di hiris tadi dan boleh lah angkat.
