suka kukus dgn api perlahan...
anak2 kata kalau yg senyum tu hodoh sgt mami
ikut cita rasa masing2

surie bancuhan kena tutup dgn kain...
masa kukus pun penutup tu dialas dgn kain juga supaya wap tak jatuh kat apam tu

resepi jap ya kena amik buku dulu

surie resepi ni pun amik dari internet

apam eno/beras

1 cawan nasi
2 cawan tepung beras
1 cawan gula putih
1 1/4 cawan air
1 sudu kecil yis
sepekat kecil eno

Blend nasi + air hinggga sebati/hancur. Masukan gula, yis dan tepung. Blend lagi hingga betul2 sebati.
masukan dalam bekas dan tutup dgn kain. perap semalaman.

lepas perap, kacau pelahan dan masukkan eno. kacau sebati pelahan2. warnakan. biarkan sebentar.  kukus 15-20 minit
kalau nak apam tu tersenyum kukus dgn api kuat.
