Dulu Vegan diet skrg Carnivorous pulak??

Ok guys
So btul ke skrg ni Carnivorous or High protein diet is a Thing? So katanya kurangkan segala carb, sayur,.buah, gula even madu etc & agongkan daging, telur, kambing
Dari situ segala masalah sakit contoh
ADHD
Eczema
Depression & Anxiety
Mcm2 sakit penyakit lain bleh sembuh
I actually menyampah sgt sbb ada somebody tu duk ceremah psl ni je hari2
So just wondering ada kebenaran ke dgn Carni diet ni? Bukan ke daging telur kambing tu semua penyumbang kpd high cholesterol??

Ntah la bila i fikir balik nabi we all pun x kata be vegan ke carni ke, kadang info2 dari barat ni bertukar kejap mcm ni kejap mcm tu so i x brape nk caya la
Apa2 pun i tgh stuggle nk turunkan high cholesterol i, rs sgt tercabar ????

7.3/282mg u ????.. ya i mmg try elak sbb ada gerd Dr pun dah sound awal2 avoid yg grg2. Mkn skali semggu je bila iman kuat

Semuanya kena moderate kan.. macam i, i mmg elakkan carbs kecuali nasik putih dlm segenggam je and i buat OMAD. Mulanya niat nk kurus je tapi lama-lama rasa sihat n ringan badan. Bila buat OMAd, mmg i lebihkan telur, ikan, ayam daging. Sayur sikit. |

Moderatekan? Tu la i pun x bleh kalau a few days x mkn ns. I ikut suku suku 1/2.
Breaky pun i mkn roti tp yh ade wheat germ maximo tu + telur ke sosej ke etc + buah
Teatime i try best biasakan mkn jagung stim, pau sayur, ubi kayu rebus, sweet potato jepun, chic peas stim
