btul la kata kawan aku, dari beli rumah baiklah menyewa kumpul duit cari tanah lot bina rumah sendiri. puas hati.  tp tak semua org mcm ni kan, tanah lot bukan senang nak cari di bandaraya.  sat gi pindah duk kampung bosan plak.

Org ada duit boleh la saman
Org biasa2 hadap jer la rumah x ikut spec, defect tak berpenghujung...delay, terbengkalai
Bank taknak dengar masalah ko
On time, bayar!

Projek rumah pulak berlambak
Kadang aku pelik, byk nye lahai rumah sana sini
Sampai banjir kilat...
Tengok je kat sepang tu...kota warisan
Melambak rumah...sekolah, facilities haukkkk

Eh...dah jauh lak aku citer

Cybersouth tu bekas lombong.. banyak rumah cracked...

Aiols baru gi jenjalan situ few months ago..


Ada satu tu perumahan by LBS.. kita bayu, kita harmoni, kita mekar etc tak ingat nama..  tp situ sangat teruk.. jalan masuk 1 way je, sempit.. pastu mula2 u akan jumpa high density apartment dulu, baru landed belah2 belakang.. banyak gila crack sbb bekas lombong.. design very derrr PPRT mcm rumah kongsi...

Rumah kecik sgt.. 20*65

Ni dekat cybersouth casa2 tu..  by avaland (nama lama Mcity)... banyak gila rumah tak berbumbung gini.. dah la bekas lombong.. crack habisssssssss atas bawah... teruk gila kalo u gi round area situ.. tkayah masuk dlm. Tengok je rumah tepi2 situ... penuh tampalan padahal baru siap

Sebab heavy traffic je. Yang masuk ramai, majority menuju cyberjaya/putrajaya. Lepas je simpang putrajaya dah boleh pecut. jalan 2 lane pulak. Kaki jalan sempit, bila ada kereta rosak je lagi teruk sangkut.

2-3 tahun lepas aku memang lalu jalan dengkil tu nak ke skve (sebab xnak hadap jam kat elite rnr dengkil - Bandar Saujana Putra). Lepas PKP memang aku cancel jalan tu sebab malas nak hadap jam sampai lewat sampai office. Teruk2 jam exit kajang - Hospital serdang, teruk lagi jalan dengkil.

Kat area kampung pun ada rumah gini uols...google je Taman Angsana, Sabak Bernam

Rumah baru dah bertampal tampal, bocor sana sini, air meleleh ikut dinding, retak pulak tu...kesian owner nye

yes betul. i nak sokong 100% pendapat u ni. tahun lepas mmg i cari rumah kawasan cybersouth, naik atas hala ke kota warisan.. sepang semua tu. tp bila tengok jem makin teruk setiap tahun, i cuba elak kawasan ni. ini sunsuria tu belum siap lg, tgh bina lagi. kalau nak beli rumah elakkan yg lalu simpang neraka dengkil tu, konfem 1-2 jam korang akan sangkut kat situ. cuba cari yg luar dari area tu kalau kerja cyberjaya/putrajaya.

Masalah jual baru bina, gini la.
(tengok pada pemaju gak)
Waktu menjual, merecik² airlio sampai basah lencun potential customer.
Dah siap, macam² benda timbul.
Beza kualiti kat show unit vs actual unit bertiang jauh.

Oang kata barang order vs barang sampai.
