No full nudity was involved, but she did pose topless in her a hot tub making sure to cover her breasts from full exposure.
O'Day wrote on her Twitter:

"Instead of be reckless in AC, I've chosen to simmer n my hot tub & snuggle in bed, night tweets!"

Which translates to:

"Instead of doing reckless and inappropriate things while staying in Atlantic City, I have chosen to relax in a hot tub and then head to bed."
