Kenapa laptop aku tak boleh guna access CELCOM 3G ?

Tipah guna modem Bandluxe. Masalahnya, bila tipah set network 3g or 3.5G only, bila connect : CONNECTION FAIL,tapi bila set guna 2G, boleh pulak connect. Yg peliknya, kalau tipah guna kat PC lain, modem tipah tu boleh pulak connect under Celcom 3G. Tak tau kenapa laptop tipah ni tak dapat connect 3G ? |

win 7. sblm ni pakai win xp pun tak boleh. ingatkan bila dah format laptop dgn masuk OS baru , ingatkan boleh |

ooo... rasanya itu sgt merbahaya kpd perahu2 kecil.. baik rujuk kpd yg pakar.
saya pun rasa itu psl mslh firmware. win 7 version apa? stater? home? Profesional? Ultimate? klu version 2 yg depan 2 pun masalah juga.... |

ps: rasanya dengan win7 home mmg ada masalah..... |

1. mungkin usb 1.1, check kat bios.
2. cuba cucuk kat port2 lain.. sesetengah laptop ada yg usb x cukup power (electricity)
3. test kat modem lain
4. pinjam cd ubuntu kengkawan yg ada.. boot kat ubuntu. cucuk modem. test bleh connect ke tak.. kalau x bleh.. follow nie.. http://digitalspine.blogspot.com ... dband-modem-in.html
5. gie tukau modem kat celcom. bawak laptop skali.. |

1. Refer to the manual on how to install the software and the driver.
2. On your desktop, there will be a Mobile Connect icon. Double click it to open Mobile Connect application.
3. If it requires PIN, enter 1234 (this is the default PIN unless you have changed the PIN). If not, just go to step no 4.
4. Go to Settings, and select Manual and select Celcom.
5. Then go to Settings again, select Choose Connection Type and choose 3G only. This is to ensure that the device will only connect to 3G network.
6. Go to Settings one more time and choose Network Connection Settings.
i. Click New and enter the profile name. Eg: Celcom 3G.
ii. Authetication - number: *99#; Username: ; Password:
iii. DNS Settings choose Dynamic.
iv. APN and Additional Settings: Static; APN: celcom3g
v. IP Settings: Dynamic
vi. Authetication Protocol: CHAP
vii. WINS Settings: Dynamic
7. Click on Save button and Ok to accept the configuration.
8. Finally, click Connect and start surfing with your Celcom 3G broadband. |
