Eksekutif Wanita Tak Mengaku Salah Pindah Lebih RM680,000 Ke Dalam Akaun Bank Sendiri

Mahkamah Sesyen Melaka hari ini mendakwa seorang eksekutif akaun sebuah syarikat pertanian atas enam pertuduhan pecah amanah dengan melarikan wang sebanyak RM680,126.13, empat tahun lalu.
Tertuduh, Tan Siau Ling, 43, bagaimanapun mengaku tidak bersalah sejurus pertuduhan dibacakan di dua mahkamah berasingan di hadapan Hakim Mohd. Sabri Ismail dan Hakim Darmafikri Abu Adam.
 SIAU LING mengaku tidak bersalah melakukan pecah amanah melibatkan jumlah kerugian lebih setengah juta, empat tahun lalu.
Mengikut kesemua pertuduhan, tertuduh sebagai eksekutif akaun di Syarikat Hap Yeng Seng Sdn. Bhd. didapati telah melakukan pecah amanah dengan memindahkan wang daripada akaun United Overseas Bank milik syarikat terbabit ke dalam akaun bank miliknya berjumlah keseluruhan RM680,126.13.
Perbuatan itu dilakukan tertuduh antara 24 Mei 2019 sehingga 23 Oktober 2019 di Syarikat Hap Yeng Seng Sdn. Bhd., Jalan PM 5, Plaza Mahkota Melaka dalam daerah Melaka Tengah.
Bagi kesalahan itu, tertuduh didakwa mengikut Seksyen 408 Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukan hukuman penjara tidak kurang satu tahun dan tidak lebih 14 tahun dan dengan sebat dan juga boleh dikenakan denda, jika sabit kesalahan.
Terdahulu, pendakwaan dikendalikan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Muhammad Nazrin Ali Rahim dan Aliff Asraf Anuar Sharuddin masing-masing mencadangkan jaminan sebanyak RM400,000 dan RM800,000 dengan mengambil kira jumlah kerugian dialami oleh syarikat terlibat.
Tertuduh yang tidak diwakili peguam bagaimanapu merayu jaminan rendah dapat diberikan dengan alasan dia tidak dapat menyediakan wang jaminan dengan amaun yang tinggi.
Selepas mendengar hujah kedua belah pihak, mahkamah membenarkan tertuduh diikat jamin dengan nilai keseluruhan RM55,000 berserta tambahan iaitu pasport diserahkan kepada mahkamah dan perlu melapor diri sekali setiap awal bulan di balai polis berdekatan sehingga kes selesai.
Tarikh 18 Julai ditetapkan sebagai sebutan semula kes dan lantikan peguam.
