Taken infront of Pasar Siti Khadijah, Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia. The public call it "teksi" (taxi) and also know as BECA in general. Parking is free but park means no money to the owner. The fee per ride is cheap depending on the distance. Most of the owners have their own regular passengers, normally old ladies who go to market every morning.
