Semua Nak Global Tapi Tang Gaji Local Pulak

Performance nak Global tapi gaji Tak Kenapa 95% syarikat kat Malaysia ni Bila kerja nak kita buat ikut global
tapi bila tang gaji tak bayar global pulak tiap hari cakap kat staff kita mesti berfikiran global dan berkerja cara global pencapaian mesti global semuanya globallah cakap mcm sardine cap ayam chau kit:@ |

besa lahh.. kalo kampeni swasta neh.. smr nak yg de besh.. yg pertamee.. yg TER itu TER ini.. pstu odit bleh kata hmpir tiap2 bolan.. yg jdk mangsa stap.. pensijilan itu pensijilan ini.. dah menang dah mcm2 tp gaji dok tang tula gak... mohtip??
kalo dah menang memacam anugerah naikkanlah gaji hat mike2 yg jenoh dok bergumpal nak dptkan award yg mcm2 tu tp hapah je dpt.. |

Kat opis ni tak dok union... Kat sini, memasing survive on their own. Sape yang pandai mengipas tue, leh ar idup senang. Saper yang tak reti... lagi lagi ar suka nak memberontak, memang suffer ar. Tapi ai nyer style, masuk keje kol 8 - balik kol 17:50 ... dan during this opis hour, ai always do the best. Kalo tak siap... sambung the next day... very independent, jarang refer kat boss apa apa masalah dan sekiranya ada serius matter, selalu communicate ngan related PIC from other departments dan always put my immediate superior in the loop.... dan yang paling obvious, ai memang jarang bersembang ngan opis mate satu department or with my immediate superior. Most of my close klik datang dari department lain yang banyak deali ngan department ai. Among her subordinates, ai ler yang paling banyak bersoal jawab sekiranya ada new tasks or assignments... tapi nak buat cam ner, better clarify at the first place dan try to agree apa apa yang diargue rather than just accept cam orang bodoh jer kan...
Appreciate it biler dia trust ai by giving me a lot of responsibilities but there are LIMITS. Kalo current responsibilities dah muntah darah nak settle segala... lagi mau add more responsibilities!!! Dah cakap kat dia awal awal, ai ni bukannya ambitious sangat pon to climb the corporate ladder... ai pun tak demand sangat pasal gaji pun... janji gaji leh cover ai punya segala loans dan life expenses... ai dah very grateful already...
Cuma tu ar... ai can feel sumthing about her action:
1. To push anak buah punya salary (not really concern us actually as her subordinate :re: )... I can feel that this is her own agenda to get her boss to push her salary up.. tapi pada masa yang sama, she uses us to act as well i.e. to get our salary ro be pushed up as well...
So, anything, this is not a one person request but a whole team punya action...
2. Biler dia berjaya convice her boss yang anak anak buah dia deserve to be up mereka punya salary & deserve to be promoted, therefore... kena ar kasi more responsibilities. Tapi kalo dia dipromote dari AM to MGR... dan dia punya keje lak terpaksa diambik oleh ai, sapa lak nak ambik ai punya current responsibilities... :@ . Dah ler bawah ai cuma ada part timer... bukan semua benda leh didelegate kat part timer... kalo part timer buat silap, ai jugak kena clean up all the mess... . Lagi lagi ler current rsponsibilities dah boleh buat ai lemas dalam opis...
Moral ai learned from previous experiences... ai gained from my friends/opismate:
Don't Ever Sell Your Soul To Evil... kalo gaji diterima beriban riban, tapi life totally suck (in and out office)... then I prefer to choose my current salary with my current situation i.e. gaji boley nak cover suma, tapi tak akan menjadikan ai kaya... keje memang berlambak tapi still boleh balik 5:30PM sharp... then masih boley to continue with my personal life kat luar opis... Kita idup bukan untuk memikirkan pasal kerja or opis all the time... we have our own life outside there...
p/s sowie TT... dah jadi tempai ai meluahkan perasan lak kat umah TT nie... tapi rasa lega selepas meluahkan everything... Thank Gen for ur concern... appreciate it very much... |

Biasa ar ... hujung tahun ni, pasti ada berita baguih dan berita tak baguih... semuanya pasal KPI, appraisal, plan next year etc...
Berita baguih - bonus, salary increment, pomotion etc segala...
Berita tak abguih - tak perform... gaji tak naik... down graded... etc... |
