My mom and dad suffer from it in my family, so I think it runs in my family.
I use different creams and mostly order everything online, here recently I ordered tallow butter for skin, very good and helps get rid of dryness.
I would also advise you to look at products made of oils and those that work purely for hydration.
If you have been experiencing this problem for a long time, it is a reason to see a dermatologist.

I have never heard that this product can help, but I believe that it is natural and can help really well with dryness as it is an oil.
