I want to lose weight and my current goal is to burn about 1000 calories per workout. Is it possible? How can I do it?

I'm sure it's possible. However, it depends on your current weight. For bigger bodies it's easier.t's possible to burn 1000 calories by running for about 70 minutes or 7 miles, for example.

Of course, it is possible, but it requires time. It is better to start with light workouts. At first, burning 1000 calories can take several weeks, then several days, and then finally, you will be able to do it in one day.
