Brader tu sakit.. kalau kena ulang alik tiap 2 minggu gi hkl kesian la jugak, dah la parking pun satu hal, jem lagi. Kalau tak boleh nak menolong pun at least bagi lah empati skit… atau buat poker face dah ler

Rumet aku kjer mystep kementrian sumber manusia. Aku tnya bahgian apa . Dia ckp bhagian gaji apetah. So tugas pegawai2 dkt situ buat apa. Buat research gaji min setiap 2 tahun

Aku tnya lg 2 thun lpas buat kjian apa. Gaji minimum gak. Mgkin dateline audit yg x mmberi impak cmni kot yg penat. Haha

U pesakit u tau ke what are the rules and regulations? U yg staff u know apa yg berubah apa yg tidak. Kalau ada kekeliruan adakah tugas pesakit atau public utk leraikan kekeliruan tu?
Kalau ada changes dlm cara handling ubat, u should explain that to the person and how to move forward. Bukan cakap not my problem then gelabah kalau nak direport ke higher management.

Ni la masalahnya. Sudahla rude, lambat some more takde action how to move forward to curb that situation.

haih.. mmg patut dah kene komplen. hospital gov kat area i pun sama. i first time pegi dulu waktu pregnant ade emergency kene refer sana, tp sorg habuk takde explain sistem kat sana. carta alir pun xde. kalau ade pun outdated x menggambarkan sistem baru. berapa byk nombor n kaunter la nk kene harung kat emergency tu. dah dapat ubat pun sama, sistem menunggu tu sgt2 la x jelas. kita yg educated pun terkial2 bayangkan makcik2 dari kampung nk uruskan diri kat situ.

NOT MY PROBLEM...biadap yer.mcm la dia yg kene deliver pun.
iols tiap2 bulan pergi amik ubat, tp kat drive tru je la, baik2 je amoi pharmacist situ. kalau kebetulan ada appt pakar, terpaksa mbil ubat kat farmasi mmg kelat muke masing2. nsb skrg pakai mask xtau la kelat ke tak mukanya

1st nak tanye.. Pakcik tu cakap elok2x tak mase jumpe officer tu...? Kalau pakcik tu polite... Harusla officer tu pon kene polite jua cara membalas... Tp klu pakcik tu triggered officer tu mmg selayaknyela kene hamun..
Tp ape2xpon kene be polite to each other x kire bangsa, keturunan, kaum, agama, jantina, usia... Kesian kdg2x manusia yg x reti nak jaga adab atau be polite ni pade bende2x yg simple sahaja

Mmg pun..blh jadi cara dia bcakap tinggikan suara x nak kalah tu yg trigger pharmasist ckp gitu..pastu acah2 play victim pulak..staff xde masa nk layan dia sorg,beratus lg tgh tunggu nk ambik ubat kat blkg tu

Aku rasa dia tu kut pharmacist dlm ini pelem. Kemain membacking .. boleh kurang ajar kt pesakit sbb pesakit tu byr rm1 je. Kah kah. Jadi pesakit2 yg gi hosp kerajaan ni mmg layak je kut dibiadap2 kan. Byr seringgit kaan.  Nak terima layanan sopan sila ke hosp swasta. Byr ribu2. Gituh. Rupanya ... Sikap pekerja melayan orang ramai ni ada price tag. Tsk tsk tsk.

Dia mcm ni la. Smalam ada pasaagan baru nk kahwin bawak borang HIV perkahwinan dkt klinik aku

Saringan HIV perkahwinan  dkt tmpt aku buat petang je. Tp dia dtg pagi. Btw dia da buat da bulan 12.

Aku sorg je okay dkt blik darah kena amek darah dalam 100 org. Nk buat prosedur lain lg

PPK aku dtg dkt aku. X(nama aku) dian nk buat saringan. Aku tgok borang ehh ni da buat da brtulis nk buat apa lg. Aku tnya PPK aku

Pastu aku jumpe pasangan tu aku ckp. Boleh buat tp tggu pkol 12 saya byk lg kejer. Masa tu dlam pkol 10 pg

Then pasangan tu ckp dgn PPK aku saya nk report pegawai awak. PPK aku bgtau PT aku pula ada org nk report.

PT aku encounter pasangan tu. Knp nk report. Apa masalah encik. Dia ckp blah balah. But main point problem dia masa dia buat HIV pra perkahwinan bulan 12 dia download borang xde no siri. Pegawai aku yg lain buat no siri lain

Pastu dia dgar mmber2 dia ckp bnda tu tk valid. Tp mmber aku incaj HIV da tnya pejabat agama sebelom ni valid je

Rupanya2 hasil prtnyaan PT aku dorg gelabah lebih pejabat agama pon tk prgi lg.


Then, knp x marah je pejabat agama kalau betol? Tk mention ke dalam website?

Conclusion, kbyakan pesakit mcm sial

Yela. Selamat rm1 da bole buat byk prosedur. Then byk boleh complaint. Cuba xde duit x dilayan komplen pon tkde

Tk yah cerita la pasal keberkatan. Bkn amek rasuah pon. Kalau nk cerita pasal ngelat. Staff KKM pkol 2 3 pgi pon kena hadap pesakit or kena dtg rumah pesakit sbb pesakit rasa entitled
