Eh baru baca yang atas2 tu.. oshin.. nak penetrate EU market boleh go through pelbagai cara... tp tetaplah dengan connection... kena ada assistance ambassadors, ministries of trade, their respective local business and trade associations.. dont worry, masa kita buat merger filing utk masuk sesetengah product/countries, kita akan auto declare dalam submission to ROC office tu...
Pm lah kalo nak cerita sharing about doing business.. i have a little bit of experience doing business kat negara lain.. i pernah buat mergers acquisition, divestment...
Yang agri ni mmg terpaksa lah leverage on business partners... sbb diorang ada experience and network...
Nak business, kena berani je.. tp biasanya bila kita dah successful naikkan satu bisnes, kita punya confidence tu akan naik... kalo kita tak expert, kita cari reliable team yang boleh manage operation side... trusted people.. tp kita tak leh lepas tangan lah..
Contoh.. resort i kat terengganu.. tp i manage dari KL je... online approval transactions, procurements, monitor operation team dekat whatsapp, email... cloud document storage...
Even ladang & kilang hasil makanan ternakan.. i ada reliable manager ladang... urus transport online je...
Tp bab pasaran overseas. Ya Allah.. tooo many trade requirement and shipping requirement nak kena comply . Sbb tu i collab je sbb network i tak besar mana... |

In fact sekarang ni pun musim submission documents for AR... kalo tak siap by this october nnti sesia je kena saman RM50k per company...
Tp bukan i laa yang jadi cacai prepare docs and submit ke company secretary... i have few admin staff..
No i bukan bongak sbb i tak rasa i lebih pun... my circle ada beratus companies kot... siap ada sorang tu pegang almost 10 Berhad companies lg.. tabik spring betul i kat diorang... i takde la kot bercita2 nak jadi cam diorang pegang berhad companies... i cuma nak retire early je travel sana sini.. tp geng2 i ckp jgn bazirkan skill corporate yang i ada tu.. teruskan contribute to society..
Sbnrnya my exbff tu byk kali request nak masuk circle business i.... i declined sbb some of them are my families... i takleh bawak masuk orang luar... my inner circle pun warning.. strictly NO outsiders, kecuali professionally je.. jauh skali parasites or scammers
Alhamdulillah, sebenarnya Allah dah lindungi i dari berterusan ditipu scammer bersiri itu.. takpe laa perit berdarah skalipun... biasa lah jatuh bangun dalam kehidupan...

Kadang2 kita tau dah sesiap which co type kita nak set up based on projected cashflow..
Kadang seswaiiiii sdn bhd kalo kita intended utk gunakan all the records bg tujuan expansion etc... kadang seswaiiiiii enterprise sajork... tak baloi bukak sdn bhd sbb cosec fees & other filings agak mahal for that cashflow size.. begitulahh sedikit perkongsian ilmu... |

Kesian husband & my brother tadi i heret depa skali utk deal beli tanah.. actually we bought a land from my late mom's best friend...
Tup2 dia pun ckp dia berharap anak2 dia dapat start up business juga sbb they're old money punya family but none of the kids interested to run businesses.. suprised juga dia mention they have few acres of private beach at one of famous pulau in Malaysia.. and berhampiran that famous island, there is one whole island that belongs to her... tp langsung tidak diusahakan both places sbb anak2 tak minat... she asked us a favor, utk tolong guide anak2 dia bina legacies utk cucu2 mereka... dia sangat inspired with my late mom and dad....
Dia mengadu juga tadi, last year family dia yg lama coma (due to 2nd time covid) kat london dibawa pulang dgn private jet.. dah almost a year in coma, tp anak2 dan family dah bergaduh rebut pusaka... sedih sbb the husband is sooo devastated and berharap isteri dia pulih... actually she is not that old, baru 50... |

Intention i tadi selain utk seal the deal jual beli tanah... is because i miss my mom.... i remembered how my late mom chatted with her masa i skolah menengah... both of them ada passion in properties investment... and kebetulan pula my dad yang constructed their bungalow, madrasah & resort... |
