Megan Fox Fired From 'Transformers 3,' Still Insanely Hot

Last year, Megan Fox was quick to bite thehand that feeds when she was quoted as saying some not-so-nice thingsabout 'Transformers' director Michael Bay. Well, according to Deadline.com, Fox won't be cast in 'Transformers 3.' The site reports that it was "ultimately" Bay's decision.
A studio spokeswoman confirmed to Variety that Paramont decided against picking up Fox to star as Mikaela Banes in the third installment but declined to elaborate.
Bay and writer Ehren Kruger are reportedly casting a new female co-star who will be Shia LaBeouf's new love interest.
The drama between Fox and Bay started last year when she told London's Wonderland Magazine,"[Bay] wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's anightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's notin director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he'sso awkward, so hopelessly awkward," Megan continued. "He has no socialskills at all. And it's endearing to watch him. He's vulnerable andfragile in real life and then on set he's a tyrant."
And according to Megan, Bay pushes his actors to the almost breakingpoint while filming. "Shia and I almost die when we make a'Transformers' movie," she told the mag. "He has you do some reallyinsane things that insurance would never let you do."
After those reports surfaced, she tried to clear the air when sheaccepted her award for Best Sci-Fi Actress at the fourth annual ScreamAwards. She decided to take the opportunity to clear up her stance onthe 'Transformers' franchise.
"I don't usually do this, but I wanted to say something," Fox said."There have been a lot of false reports about how I feel about thismovie. I just want to be very clear that I've always felt I'm a veryordinary part of an extraordinary film."
"The movie took me out of obscurity and gave me a career, and I'mcompletely grateful to everyone involved with this franchise."
But if she is out for the third film, Deadline's Nikki Finke says,"This is without doubt a huge blow to Megan's career, already damagedby her inability to open Twentieth's Fox Atomic film Jennifer's Bodylast September."
The first 'Transformers' grossed $709.7 million worldwide, followed by$836.4 million for last year's 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.'Bay announced that he had scheduled 'Transformers 3' for July 1, 2011.
But even LaBeouf took a swingat 'Transformers,' saying he "wasn't impressed with what we did." Heeven went on to Bay "went so big that it became too big, and I thinkyou lost the anchor of the movie."
