bukan nembak aja, ada jugak lawatan ke kem dan ada jugak dapat belayar dengan tldm...program dengan TUDM tak tau la pulak...lagi punmacam B20 cakap, pameran kareer sebelum ni memang ramai sambutan, tapi sekarang jarang nampak pulak selain penyertaan dalam pameran kareer yang pihak lain organise..

dan aku rasa bukan semua cawangan kekurangan anggota, aku baca tak lama dulu pos pranita dah beku fasal terlebih sambutan..ini dah jadi kes macam uni aja ni...budak jantan kita dah tak jantan lagi ke ;)

What about highlighting the other aspects of military service-u get to handle sophisticated machinery,vocational training, chances to study overseas etc.

ATMA and other military college is a good platform for military promotions

setuju le. ATMA pun dah masuk dalam list UPU.

Dalam tentera ni sebenarnya bagus sebab mempunyai masa depan yang amat cerah. Aku tak paham naper masih ada yang beranggapan tentera pilihan kerjaya yang terakhir

yang ni pun aku peratikan takde dalam promosi kerjaya tentera. Satu lagi wat promosi semasa ada program promosi kerjaya. Nape tak wat promosi kat shopping kompleks ke, kawasan pedalaman ke. Tak perlu tunggu bila ada program promosi kerjaya lain

Make sure those grads that are comin' out from ATMA are quality grads. Promotion just because they've graduated from a certain military school or uni is, wel,l not good.

cara cara yang mungkin berkesan:

1. Naikkan lagi gaji dan elaun anggota tentera sehingga setaraf dengan negara singa........
2. Perhebatkan lagi promosi melalui media massa dan juga perbanyakkan military demo at public places until the civil impress.
3. Wujudkan biasiswa pelajaran ATM kepada pelajar pelajar di Universiti dan wajibkan dieorg berkhidmat secara tetap selepas pengajian.

The NZ army used to send unfortunate(hehehe) NCOs and squaddies to set up a table at one corner of the local universities every semester. Their jobs were to inform the students about careers in the NZ Armed Forces. That should be done here, as if you've said-set up tables or small displays at shopping complexes. Most young people do not have any idea what to do after sekolah menengah (been there, done that). The Armed Forces is a good alternative. Project a people friendly image (if the ATM needs to hire a PR firm so be it).

Org PR ATM kene ler rajin dan pro aktif dalam menjana kempen untuk menggalakkan kemasukan rakyat Malaysia yg berbilang kaum ke industri Keselamatan Negara.... pastu kalau betul ada buat PR pun, kene agresif, jadikan ATMA, Defense University sebagai pilihan pertama untuk generasi muda Malaysia....

lagi satu senior Vet jgn dilupakan, mereka ni jentera berkesan dalam berkempen so jaga kebajikan mereka semua ni...  Org muda tgk kesan sesuatu bidang dgn melihat Veteran, kalo dah Veteran diabaikan, Hari pahlawan punya kempen pun x sehebat Akademi fantasia... wa tatau ler apa nak cakap...

Not only at the local U even at the private college or university and other educational institution. Not to forget about our secondary, they should promote at secondary schools also.

Pendapat B2O pun aku setuju terutama sekali bagi biasiswa ATM dan pastikan mereka kekal sehingga bersara.

i believe all military college including USNA and Westpoint having the same problem dude........ATTITUDE PROBLEM........if u send people to any good reputational college outside the country, the result will be the same if they dont want to change their bad attitude.........i do believe every instructors at ATMA and other military college trying their best to produce the best product for the Armed Forces...........and for me, they are entitled for pride after finishing courses in military college..............because they are one step ahead from ordinary person........at least

yang ini aku setuju sangat2...  iklan yang paling bagus kat TV laa.. stesen tv kat mesia nie amiklah sedikit masa untuk iklankan sedikit sebanyak pasal atm .. dalam sehari tue, setakat iklan 2-3 saat apalah sangatnyaa... nie, bukak je TV, iklan sms on cari laa.... hotlinklahh... macam2 tentang IT... yang ini baru laa tarik minat beliaa... macam2...

dalam paper ble, iklan poster2 kat signboard tepi2 jalan pon blee.. promosi kat setiap kampung2, bandar2, kilang2, atau yang sesuai dengannyaa.. cuma, yang memikirkan aku.. pasal badget kot... duit2!! dari sms teka jawapan buat hapee... huh...

Or set up recruitment offices in the middle of town just like in the UK or US. Easy for people to walk in and enquire about careers in the military, rather than go to an army base, which can be quite intimidating for some people:
