Saja bring up the issue..sekarang ni bf...tapi memang selalu lapar..asyik nak makan je...badan pun makin lama makin naik..dulu sebelum pregnant n bf..biasanya makan nasi separuh pinggan..n malam banyak makan sayur or buah tapi sekarang ni memang nak makan nasi je.. badan pun makin naik...so macam mana ibu2 yg menyusu nak maintain berat badan tapi at the same time tak mengurangkan khasiat susu ibu...Ada setengah org cakap tak yah diet2 sekarang esok after 2 years baru la pk..tapi bila tengok berat badan makin lama makin naik risau la jugak... |

aku pun sama tak leh bukak kellymom ni dia hang kat situ je... actually nak tahu diet for bf mom ni sebab nakkan cara pemakanan yg betul bukan sekadar ikut lapar perut je n badan bagai di pam-pam..memanglah apa yg kita makan pegi kat anak tapi kena tengok makanan yg macam mana kan.. so bila tahu diet for bf mon ni at least benefit pegi kat anak n ibu sekali dapat jaga badan |

cepoi ni jenis badan yg tak naik kut...dulu masa lepas pantang berat turun lebih dr sebelum pregnant...mungkin sebab dah tak selera makan lauk pantang tp susu masa ni memang banyak...tapi bila lepas raya ni berat ku bagai di pam-pam... |

samala...aku bf baby tp bdn naik mcm dipam2...asyik lapar je memanjang...kalau tak mkn mulalah rasa pening dan nak muntah...skrg aku mkn mcm biasa dan aku ambik intecleanse dcl...susu pun tak terjejas...aku tgk baby makin sihat dan cerdik...skrg dh pandai gelak kuat2... |

intention nak pegi gym tu ada..tapi sebab hari tu c-sect so tak berani lagi..ingat awal tahun depan start pegi gym ..baby pun dah besart sket time tu leh la ambik dia lambat sket... |
