Tadayoshi Okura protects airports in first starring drama role

Kanjani8 member Tadayoshi Okura (24) has been given the starring role in a new drama series coming out this fall. This will be his first time playing the lead in a TV series.

The drama is a suspense series titled "ROMES: Kuukou Bougyo System." Okura plays a young man leading a team with expertise in state-of-the-art airport security systems. He and his team are in charge of dealing with threats such as hackers and terrorists.



Okura's supporting cast includes Kanjani8 bandmate Shota Yasuda (24) as a member of the security team, Ryoko Kuninaka (30), and Masao Kusakari (56).

"ROMES" will air on NHK on Thursday nights at 8:00pm. Nine episodes are planned, with the first one scheduled for October 15.

ROMES/Kuukou Boogyo System 2nd entry  Narushima's pillow



A scene of the airport location from "ROMES/Kuukou Boogyo System".

This Dolphin chan is not a stuffed toy.
The United-Kingdom resident that is the character Narushima Yuya brought "MY pillow" from his home to Japan.
Narushima can't sleep if he doesn't have his pillow.
Carrying this Dolphin chan pillow now and then, it appears in the scene where
he meets ROMES team member Sunamura Taku.
                    
The "Dolphin chan pillow" became a favourite of Narushima's Okura san himself too,
aaaa~lways during the waiting time before filming, he keeps holding this pillow (lol)

Close to the filming start, Okura san was changing of shoes.
Suddenly I saw, Okura san carrying the dolphin like that in one hand,
struggling to change of shoes with his other hand....?


Staff: ".... wouldn't it be better if you put it down, the dolphin?"


Okura san: ".... Aaaah! That's right!"




Okura san was already Narushima Yuya who's one in body and soul with the Dolphin chan pillow~ (lol)
