In line with ourexpansion, we invites suitably qualified Malaysian with the relevantexperiences who are hardworking, enthusiastic, dynamic, highlymotivated and results-oriented to be a part of our organisation for thefollowing positions:-

ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE & ICT
(PUTRAJAYA)

Responsibilities:

    * Responsible for the overall Finance & ICT unit.
    * Assist in the project funding of the company.
    * Assist in the preparation of Agreement i.e. Loan Agreement, Project Management Agreement, Lease & Sub Lease Agreement.
    * Handle the collection of revenue and project reimbursements from the Government.
    * Assist in the preparation of annual budget for the Company within stipulated deadline.
    * Handle the planning and managing cash flows of the Company.
    * Handle the loan administration matters including repayment of loans and profits (interests).
    * Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, lawyers, relevant authorities and company抯 financial institution.
    * Handle the planning and managing IT system management.
    * Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager from time to time..

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor抯 Degree inAccountancy or Professional Qualification i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA orequivalent and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
    * Minimum 7 years of working experience in the related field preferably in the building and construction company.
    * A meticulous approach, possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. A team player with strong managerial skills.
    * A self-starter, proactive, highly motivated with excellence interpersonal, strong leadership and communication skills.
* Willing to work with time constraints without prompting to meetreporting deadlines without compromising on quality and accuracy.
    * Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiar with computerized accounting system.




Accounts Clerk
(PUTRAJAYA)

Responsibilities:

* To assist in all related accounting matters and provideadministrative support to the Department in the day-to-day activities.
    * To perform any duties and task assigned by Immediate Superior / Manager or Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements:

    * Must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Accounting, LCCI.
    * Good credits in Mathematics and/or accounting subjects, credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English in SPM.
    * Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    * Computer literate and good working knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excell and Word.
    * Good communication skills in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    * Possess a positive attitude, hardworking, pleasant personality.
    * Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
    * Able to work beyond normal working hours as and when required.



PROJECT ENGINEER
(Putrajaya)

Responsibilities:

* The selected candidate will assist the Project Manager or Headof Department in the day-to-day activities in managing building andinfrastructure projects. The selected candidate will also be assistingthe Project Manager or Head of Department in the implementation,management and technical support of the project team or any new projectas and when required.

Requirements:

* Must possess at least a Degree in Civil & Structural /Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / or related disciplines with 3 to7 years of relevant post graduate working experience for buildingconstruction or any developer background.
    * Willing to work with time constraints, a meticulous approach and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Other pre-requisites include project management experience inhandling large scale government quarters and government buildings.
    * Computer literate with good knowledge of planning software and presentation tools.
    * Good design experience acquired in a design office is an added advantage.
    * Must be wiling to travel.


CLERK
(Putrajaya)

Responsibilities:

To provide administrative support to the Department in the day-to-day activities.

Requirements:
Must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with credits inBahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics. Diploma holders are alsoencouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience preferably in a developer or construction company.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Word, Excell and Powerpoint)
Possess a positive attitude, hardworking, pleasant personality.
Able to work beyond normal working hours as and when required.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
( Putrajaya)

Responsibilities:

* The selected candidate will be responsible for pre and postcontract works for various development. The works shall cover the cost,tender and contract administration of respective work packages. Theappointee will be responsible to monitor the tenders and contractsactivities in the Division.

Requirements:

    * Must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying with 3 to 8 years of relevant working experience.
    * Preference is for candidate with experience working for a developer and consultancy practices.
* Willing to work with time constraints, a meticulous approach andstrong contractual background and well verse with construction unitrates.
    * An eye for detail, strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills are other important pre-requisites.
    * Self-starter, team player and able to work with minimum supervision
    * Must be wiling to travel.

salary range utk asst manager finance brape ye? Senior Manager Malay ke chinese ke Indian ker... male ker female.... banyak lak aku nie tanye, ntah layak ke tidak...... tp info tu penting gak sblm membuat application nie...
