ak skarg ngah amek course law taw..ak skang ngah penin giler mane laluan yg betol2 tok ak jadik sowg peguam...bley x sesape bg ak info pasai ape2 berkenaan ngan lawyer ni n jenis2 lawyer mcm advocates ke,peguam tanah ke, haper ke...gaji downg ke..ape2 la..

ko kena lulus dulu pas tu kena jadi pelatih 9 bulan (rasanya) kat mana2 lawyer firm nanti dia akan ajar cara nak g mahkamah, ambil date dan hearing

ko kena tahanlah ngam lawyer senior nak belajarkan.
gaji tak banyak la namapun pelatih.

tp kalau ko dapat ofer gomen ko bedal je, atau nanti ko minta jadi majistret lagi

ok tata dulu ambil CLP kat kolej swasta je pas tu kena ambil exam kat bar council
kalau lulus leh la dapat sijil utk practic lawyer

nak jadi lawywer ko kena bezakan antara convensign ngm litigation
mana satu yg ko minat,suka, ini kalau ko nak jadi peguamcara n peguambelalah

tp kalau ko kerja kat bank atau syarikat2 koparat lagi best tak yah g court. ko wat cadangan,opinion dll ttg law kat syarikat ko if depa ada masalah perundangan la.

tata rasa tak yahlah jadi lawyer sebab tata dah kena azabnya
3 thn practice pas tu dah cow

skrg best dah tukar kat syarikat besar,monitor kes je biar lawyer yg dilantik wat kerja kepalapun pening.

kalau nak tulis byklah, slow2 apapun dpt degree dulu ye

piqa rase nk keje kt legal aid bureau...tp boleyh x kite apply nk chamber kt sana??tata da ade experience..so boleyh la story2 sket..

chambering mesti buat kat legal firm. kat legal aid tak boleh. tp masa chambering nanti u bole participate in legal aid programmes. at least once a week for 3 months.

how's the common bar course like for uitm? dah start ker? is uitm maintaining its long established adil/hons year concept? (i.e practice -mcm dlm sebuah firm.. really helpful)

jadi lawyer ni ok jer.. tgk nasib la jugak - ada org yg ok, ada yg tak ok. kena pandai marketing la.. cari clients.. kutip duit drpd clients... huhuhu... similarly if u keje as in house counsel pun - ada yg ok ada yg tak ok.. keje gomen pun - ada ok.. ada yg tak ok..

lawyer ada mcm2 cabang prektis - yg biasa digeneralisekan ialah conveyancing, litigation, corporate.. but sebenarnya ada bermacam2 sgt cabang. i would suggest u go to the websites of several major legal firms in malaysia (negara lain pun ok). n then tgk their area of practice. u might get general idea from there. if u want to see keje gomen tu apa plak cabang2 dia, pergi website AG's chambers. cara lain nak tau org2 legal ni keje apa ... gi kat jobstreet, baca legal vacancies advertisement n their scope of work....

i amik kt mmu ler...common bar course tu wajib utk sume law stud.

nnt la bile da wat legal attachment bru i decide nk pi ke arah mane...rasenye nk gi arah civil..tp criminal pon best gak..hmm..nnt da nmpk gambaran jelas bru leyh decide.

..I'm really proud of it when graduated from this course. Even, I didn't do my chambies it's really good if future CBC and CBE would follow the UiTM LLB Hons module...it's really worth it! (fairy where are you...miss you la hehhee)

MMU law degree yea? How's there, is it fine for you there?law kat MMU ni masih baru lagi..Legal Profession Qualifying Board masih belum recognize that degree..but they will do so...sebab kalo nak dpt recognition from LPQB ni kene amik masa..kwn i first batch law UUM pun still x leh chambering sebab belum dpt kelulusan board lagi...
