dah mahal ekk sekarang, dulu time sy beli kebanyakkan dlm 178k gitu jer...nanti dah uitm siap sepenuhnye, rasanye harga situ lagi naik.

wah.. ramai gak yg beli greenwood kat sini...masa my husband beli harga 192k. now dah up sapai 218k..tgk location greenwood tersgt la strategik..tp satu je yg kurg berkenan sikit dgn design intermediate greenwood ni tadak sliding door...

oohh ye ker...masa me jumpa developer xder plak derang citer pasal ni.....bila kita argue why increase that high....sales person tu bg tau utk new phase yg harga rm218k nih...dapat extra 100sf...lagi besar dari showhouse tu.....

nape tak survey muamalat..saya baru apply..tapi untuk umah 2nd hand la..interest quite ok..not base on BLR..tapi BIR..Base Islamic rate..1st year 5.6%..2nd year 5.8%..3rd year 6%..pas tu sampai abis 5.8% balik..kalo BLR naik..lock sampai 9% jek..lebih kurang ngan islamic yang fix jek..pastu kos untuk lawyer bank dan agreement ngan bank free..cuma bayar untuk S& dengan owner jek..

yg pasal dapat extra 100sf tu, masa harga die 190k dulu pun mmg ada extra 100sf ... sebab dulu masa awal2 aku survey umah tu, sales person tu tunjuk rumah contoh greenwood tu, die kata umah greenwood yg baru ni sama dgn rumah contoh, cuma die besar sikit jer........ so pasal umah yg jadi 218k ni aku tak tau la, maybe die tambah lagi luas rumah tu dari luas yg mmg sudah sedia tertambah tu..... apa yg aku tulis ni... aku pun macam tak berapa paham

Rumah tuh okay,kawan saya duduk kat situ gak.Kawasan dia pun okay lah,ramai melayu.Mostly kerja KL.Bukan senang nak cari single storey nih.Apa lagi,belasah je lah..Hehehehe...

cemara 8 ok kot..tapi situ majmuk skit ownernya..campur ngan india skit..kalo cemara 3 ramai melayu..tp still ok..kene g survey bebetul la.tgk jiran sape..brape harga owner nak jual..rasanya saiz tanah + rumah 20x70..

ramai juga yg duk area SU nih yer. ok, saya merupakan diantara bakal penduduk di SU ini nanti pabila rumah Greenwood Phase 5A siap dibina nanti. Masa booking dulu, saya dapat pada harga RM190900. Sekarang x tau la pulak yg harganya dah naik mencanak-canak. Maybe sebab sambutan daripada org ramai kot yg buat Glomac naikkan harga rumah nih. Nasib baik dapat staff loan daripada OCBC bank, instalment RM901.20 untuk 25 tahun.

Nak tanya skit, daripada SU nak ke Jalan Duta kena ikut GCE dgn Plus Highway je ke? xde jalan lain? Agak

x ikut GCE pun xpe..ikut paya jaras..pastu kuar tol sungai buloh..cuma letih tang paya jaras tu la..kalo lambat skit kuar umah pepagi tu..sangkut la..

baru selamat beli umah seken hen kat SBCR dlm RM160k sajor..
umah tu kosong cantek lagi..tuan umah tak penah dudok..lantai pon kilat giler..ehehe

so far biasanye nak beli umah seken hen ni kena 10% downpayment ke tuan umah (cth : umah 160k, so bg tuan umah 16k cash)
pastu bayo lawyer je dlm 4k++

yg lain2 charges tu depends pada loan bank yg kita ambek
nak beli umah kena cepat..sbb pasni loan baru interest semer naik.. sbb BLR BFR semer akan naik..
