Guys....aku nak tanya...apa pasal hp aku asik restart balik setiap kali aku cucuk earphone ker...join bluetooth ker...apasal ek...tensen gak kalau setiap kali connect jer hp restart sendiri.....

firmware ko yg latest tak? Atau pun masa ko install/uninstall program, ada fail yg missing. So disyorkan format balik phone tu, back to factory setting... |

nak back to factory setting tuh mmg aku tahu lah nak buat...tapi data aku nnt hilang tak...pastu nak format camner....and data aku kat dlm SIM CARD hilang tak...hehehehe...mmg aku tak tahu...

kalau ko format/restore factory setting tu kira cam sama je hasillnya.. tapi data kat phone akan hilang sume, contact no, sms, pic2 yang simpan dalam phone akan hilang kecuali yang dalam memory kad dan simkad.. itu pun seeloknya bwk keluar dulu [walaupun x payah sebenarnya] utk keselamatan..
caranya tekan *#7370# ..
p/s: aku x tanggungjawab atas segala data penting yang hilang kalau ko x backup tau...  |
