suggestion diperlukan... rumah area mane sesuai??

salam...

mintak cadangan forumer sekalian... area perumahan mane yg sesuai ye utk saya beli... husband keje putrajaya, saya keje glenmarie, shah alam. so cadang2 nye nk cari area puchong ke... or shah alam ok lg. sbb skrg ni menyewa kt puncak alam.. mmg murah.. tapi jauh sangat le pulak husband nk gi keje.

area putra height ok jugak.. but a bit pricey.. my budget around 250k n below jek... prefer 2 storey terrace. n klau bole freehold. bole dapat ke ek? plz anyone tlg cadangkan kawasan yg patut saya survey. ada jugak survey2 kt prima putra, pinggiran usj.. mcm2 lagi la. tu yg tengah cari area lagi utk dicompare n survey. klau la leh dpt mcm price kt puncak alam ni... bestnye... tapi jauh da...

sek 7 area mane ek? surf2 tgk kt berjaya park kt kemuning tu rege still under 250k... tapi.. mcm jauh n jam je situ. main road ke situ ikut KESAS je ke?

meh mysuria nak bg pendapat. now, mysuria tinggal kat bdr bkt puchong 2. dulu sewa kat putra perdana, dekat je dgn nusa putra, dulu2 selalu ada problem banjir, penah msk tv3 lg. But now, dah ok skit cuma kdg2 nak keluar jam skit. sbb satu jek jalan mausk utk tmn putra perdana, nusa putra & aman putra. and the price for nusa putra rasanya almost rm230 ke atas. tm putra prima ok skit.. dia depan skit. yg ni x berani komen sgt. tp dulu, ms nak beli rumah, ada gak g tgk, tp mcm mahal dgn mysuria yg nak cr rumah murah tp ok la..x besar sgt..besar pun nanti jenuh nak berkemas..

so, tgk2 kat bkt puchong 2, yg ni dekat dgn tol ldp yg menghala ke putrajaya, ok la..yg mysuria beli ni about rm188 freehold. tp rasanya skrg ni, dah x de kot..tp skrg ni developer bukit hitam ada lauching jenis baru, tapa nama ntah lupa la.. tgk rege dr rm196k++. so far, mysuria x de problems apa2 la dgn bukit hitam ni..

mysuria dok seri nuri ke...18x65.ok tak>kalo corner berapa RM..tgk2 gak kat puchong ni..last tgk townhouse tu..macam kecik sikit..

RM165k 25min dari putrajaya..lokasi bukit changgang (menghala ke KLIA).umah semi D setingkat  ..siap dengan CF sedia diduduki..kakak aku beli kat sana laki dia keje putrajaya gak

sewa sana memurah...

rumah teres dua tingkat leh dapat dalam 450
teres setingkat 400

flat... 300 leh dapat...

nie lokasinya dekat dgn pasar borong selangor...

tapi ko ler jauh sikit... ekekekk

kalau bajet rm250k, nak double strorey, dekat dgn putrajaya&shah alam.. aku rasa puchong le..
putra height & usj mahal sangat

puchong kira ok la.. kat tengah2, so both ur hubby & urself dekat nak ke tempat keje

sekarang ni tengah bukak baru lavender terrace, tapi mahal sikit kot.

atau taman putra impiana dekat2 dgn taman tasik prima puchong tu.. design cantik ala2 putrajaya

x ingat dia brp la..dia ada 2, jentayu & nuri..mine is jentayu..x de la besar sangat..ckp la utk kami 4 beranak ni..besar ni pun dah x larat nak kemas.. for me Bkt puchong 2 ni better dr bkp puchong 1..sbb semua facility nak buat kat sini..esp sesapa yg tinggal kat anetis, jentayu & nuri & nilam terraces & condo.. yg ni dekat skit nak keluar/masuk ldp kalau nak compared dgn jalan bp 10 & 11. now, tgh bina masjid..dekat dgn nilam terraces. kalau ikut2 plan yg tgk kat bkt hitam, sekolah kolej akan dibina. pg td..ms mysuria keluar nak g kedai dekat2 situ.. tgh mcm post off.. and i guess ada post off nak dibuka kat rumah kedai depan dpn off bkt hitam.. agaknya la..ok la tu..semua kemudahan asas ada..
