Which car?

Hi,
I'm currently owning two sedans and I'm looking for a third car but it is for my son as, I would like to consult you guy for suggestions and oponions.

Well the particular car should be:
-Around 130k
-Safe
-Decent design
-Not under power

anyway my suggestion is... wait for the soon-to-launch evo 10. sure your son love it! bmw is so typical i think...

well, honestly... for 130k n above car, i really got no idea of what would be d best to suit your son... never survey car in such range of price... but there r some typical below 120k models i can list, but sure not what you wanted rite...

how i wish to be rich like you r...

No la... I'm just some average dude.
My son is desperate to drive and have a car that suits him. And, 120k models will do too.
Mind to list some?

Honda Civic comes with ABS , EBD , airbag for driver & passenger...plus side airbag..
i think it's safe enough for normal driving...

Well talking about safety, many factors do count into consideration, thus it's hardly say that europe cars are better than japanese cars or vise versa. The latest nissan latio scores 4/5 in US crash test which is among the best of many cars that have been tested. And yet, it's a japanese car too.

But when opting for the most safety car around, i can't figure out anything else but volvo. 'Volvo for life" is not just a motto.. it is what the car is designed for. Combining elegant looks and toughness together, it claims 100% quality from top to bottom. That's why volvo dare to say "Volvo is there to help you to live life, not just to survive"...

So, if safety is your most priority, why not you consider Volvo S40 around RM180K

Thou some would say beauty lies in the eyes of its' beholder, but i believe this car can attract just anybody!

If you r willing to spend 130K to your son, why dont u spend another 50K to yourself too? hehe... so for 180K, you both can drive it! coz it just suits anybody from lady to man, from young to old! And tell your son, this car beats his dream honda civic thousands times better! hahaha

well i sound like a Volvo SA now.. hehe... no i'm not. I'm just a guy who drive my mum's car! huhu...

anyway... if you are interested in buying honda civic 2.0 still... why not you take a look at this forum

most of them i got it from internet...

recently my parents thingking of changing nu car, so i helped them making decision, did quite a lot of reseacrh about various cars and found out a lot too.. finally decided to go for nissan latio as it is for my mum.

Now that i'm done with my parents, i feel like having fun and pleasure sharing info with others and at the same time, gaining new info for myself too

At least i can save some little time for others from wasting theirs searching thru internet all over again.

anyway, good luck on choice but i believe you should consider woh_getoh suggestion too as he is now officially an owner of the nu lancer GT 2.0!! congratulation to you Woh_Getoh!!
