How often do you reinstall your operating system and software?

I dunno whether there is a poll on this subject but i try searching the forum on these topic...
found none...
therefore if there is a poll am sorry.....

Install/uninstall too many software makes my system go buggy... so sebab nak bug-free system, aku reinstall every 6 months.

Dulu susah sebab kena reinstall habis semua... sekarang guna image jer... sekelip mata dah fresh cam baru.

Image besar yes... tapi hdd pun besar... so buat partition kecik 10GB untuk image tu jer. Basic system aku consist of OS, regular programs (Office, Adobe set, Nero etc), and apa2 yg standard items aku guna. Camtu tiap2 kali aku reinstall 'image' tu, PC aku dah ready to go tanpa having to reinstall those programs.

Aku prefer letak kat hdd sebab kalau aku upgrade main software, aku boleh just buat image baru then replace over the old one. Kalau burn kat dvd, kena buanglah outdated dvds tu... sayang arrr...

kalau hari2 baik guna software restore IT, deepfreeze ke..

tak payah buat image..

err.. baca2 lah teting hardisk cloning kat sini ya

tapi itu bukan fresh install la nama kut.sebab kalau ada bug/problem dlm registry tu semua,still akan carry lepas format..

mula-mula ko format dan install le sofwer....

dah satisfied terus ko buat image....

simpan image macam 00001 tulis dalam harddisk...

bukannya pc yg dah lama pakai... dah nak corrupt.....

lepas tu baru baru kalu nak buat fresh format hari-hari pun bole...

iku citarasa setiap jam pun bole..

tapi letih le...
