This is a big issue especially in Sabah where we have come to a stage of Tsunami of Illegal and Illegalities after a few decades of nationality abuses and frauds.

Don't pretend that we know what is happening with the National Registration Department?

Don't pretend that we know what is happening with the Immigration Department?

Don't pretend that you know that 088 is only a fix telephone at homes and offices only. I am using 088 474513 as a mobile hand phone. Even some Police personnels do not know that.

There are now at least 4 codes (12, 49, 52 and 71 - maybe more) used for our Identity Cards with the new system of numbering after those seven digit H0000007 also known as Bunga Raya card system. The new cards are known as MyKad of different versions and capabilities including Smart Cards version. A Malaysian is with code 12, or 49, or 52 and Not for 71. Can anyone be half and half of what?
Unfortunately most cards including the latest models can be manipulated somehow if some people got the connections - and that is Malaysia. If you read about the headline story in Daily Express - 15th June 2007 - "Mistress also got rights", you would note how rotten the society can be when it was so easy to stay in Malaysia by hook or crook.

Why Tsunami of Illegal and Illegalities (TII) when we have a Federal Constitution for what?
.
We have 1- 2 millions of dubious citizens in Sabah out of about 4 millions (inclusive of extra people Identity Cards -EPIC) people since the 1960s after independent Sabah in Malaysia. That number is rising very fast. If you imagine that independence means something good for the local genuine people, then it is a SHAM in Malaysia.
.
Since this socalled Project IC or Project Mahathir pursued by people who are not born in Sabah, we have all sorts of scenario to dilute the percentage of genuine local people. We had to accept socalled UNHCR "refugees" of something like 70,000 following the hideous schemes of Philippines Presidents especially President Marcos who caused internal strife by a project known as Correigidor - to prepare trained armed men to invade Sabah - but it ended after a mutiny with the Jabidah massacre in 1968. With those threats, many from Philippines came over to Sabah as socalled refugees. Likewise Indonesia is still into the better option of infiltration into Sabah rather than pursue the military confrontation. Philippines may not have a consulate in Sabah but for the Indonesian consulate in Sabah, many Indonesians continue to abuse the laws and orders of Sabah as far as immigration is concerned.

The tsunami of illegals and illegalities is caused by all sorts of schemes and scams when the Government since 1963 allowed that to happen. Refugees and illegals are marrying locals illegally and such children can become "Malaysians"; Refugees and illegals are rewarded for the race and religion with genuine identity cards by Project IC and/or Project Mahathir and they call themselves bumiputra although never born here but declared to be born in Sabah; the Courts have supported these documentary declarations to get their identity cards and we have so much justice here to penalise the locals only (I hope the magistrates can come out to tell us); the Police and other relevant departments have allowed illegals to come into Sabah with RM10 passport; NRD has repeatedly refused to answer questions on Project IC and Project Mahathir but many NRD senior and middle officers had been arrested under ISA but were those cards issued by such "ISA"ed officers ever revoked?; normally identity cards are processed by individuals going to the NRD's offices, but NRD offices had been 'happy' to process block submissions. (I have seen piles/bundles of such documents at the photocopies shops especially few months before General Elections); what happened at the 5 Star hotel in Kota Kinabalu in 1994 needs some good explanation from Anwar Ibrahim. (I have been asking this question many times). How the task forces to deal with the deportation of illegals have been 'criminalised' as issuance of genuine identity cards to illegals?

The list of waves and waves of fictitious papers since 1963 have resulted in Tsunami of Illegals and Illegalities.

So much so that Datuk Dr. Patawari with the identity card coded 71 (non Malaysian) could be allowed to corrupt the system with more paper works switching from 71 to 12 so as to legalise his citizenship. He can claim anything like 'Malaysian' born overseas hence 71 but without proper document and anything short of code 12 (young ones as 49 and 52) is not acceptable to hold important political posts. If the system already rotten can be further corroded by 71 then we can have a Cabinet of all 71 when TII is already dominant through the due process of General Elections when the dubious people already in majority.

If the Police cannot act on my 2 Police Reports lodged on 15th June, 2007 within 2 weeks, then it confirms that we are in the worst TII. The two Police reports on "code 71" as "Malaysian" and "SSY as notorious gangster" are indeed sensitive, and how insensitive can the illegal Governments of Malaysia including Federal and State elected in General Elections 2004 also a subject of the Police Report on 26th December 2006. I still have 11 other outstanding Police Reports since 2004.

We can draw some attention to the possible scenario in Sabah, if we do NOT resolve the TII like what we see in Israel and Palestine. Hamas and Fatah - both Palestinian terrorists are fighting to destroy each other although they share power recently.
.
So in Sabah we have two major groups as part of the TII and they are Indonesians and Filipinos. Should these two groups win the future elections and form the Government like the Palestinians and both Islamists, the socalled local Muslim groups would NOT be able to withstand should the Indons and Filipinos decide to tear Sabah apart in any political and economical conflict. Manila and Jakarta may use their respective proxies here and the locals would suffer the worst TII not too far away.

So SABAHANS, and Malaysians if you still have any conscience please resolve the TII and only Joshua Kong can be the ONE truly independent person to do that as we know the race and religion is an entanglement of the present illegal Governments that can destroy what is still good in Sabah. It is known that Malaysia had paid lots of money to the Palestinians only to arm them to destroy each other (Hamas and Fatah).

So Federalism (one of the root causes of TII) in Sabah must be dead and then TII can be resolved by Sabahans for Sabah. Sabah already suffered so much devastation from imported woes of Peninsula Malaysia, Sarawak, Philippines, Indonesia and Pakistan. Sabahans wake up now.
