ada sesapa tau tak mana ada kursus2 utk converse in english nie?

masalah saya ialah....nak praktikkan english tu ..sebab area sy duduk nie mmgla takder sesapa yg leh diajak berbual dlm english.. ...

hehehe.. mintak maaf ye aku bg pendapat ni.. apa yg dapat aku simpulkan ialah masalah ko sebenarnye bukan english tp kau tak confident sebenarnya...

kalau kau confident, semuanya akan jadik senang..semudah abc.. ko cuma akan rasa blank bila kau tak confident apa yg kau nak cakap.. bagi aku, ko just pikir apa yg kau nak ckp... lepas tu just say it.. anggap kat depan ko tu kawan2 ko ke.. or adik beradik ko ke.. tu je.

Pada pendapat aku dlm hal lemah english ni...graduan dan pihak berwajib sama-sama salah...

Salah graduan...xde inisiatif utk improve diri sendiri.Ramai yg masuk U, english cukup2 makan jer walaupun bahasa pengantar U tu sendiri english..mcm uia dan uitm. Kalau U yg guna bahasa melayu jer..mmg lg problem ler student tu...tp dlm hal ni U x salah...student yg salah sbb dia sb pelajar kena tau apa skill yg dia perlu ada utk kerja nnt.

Salah pihak berwajib...sbb dr dulu terlalu agungkan english ni smp private sector dah buang terus bahas melayu...skg ni masukkan mandarin lak..skg ni dh takleh wat apa2 lg dah..dh terlambat..Pengalaman aku di jepun, semua guna bahasa dia..interview pun guna bahasa dia...kat malaysia jer interview dlm english...dlm meeting semua melayu pun ckp english..

pendapat aku jer..

wow.. what a useful tips! Actually having to speak fluently in English is not that impossible with non-English speaking environment. Now we're no longer living in ice age.. now it's ict age! Try to install mirc or yahoo mess, msn mess to your computer and try to speak with so many people around the world. With such  diverse backgrounds and cultures, u can talk about virtually anything and it can be an endless talk! Don't worry bout ur english for the first time, coz I myself experienced lack of vocabs when I first tried out chatting with em, but later... I could catch up some more vocabs and more slangs! I could also feel my confidence when talking to people in English ever since. English is not just about writing and memorizing.. it's all about skills. For those who are still under 30s, let's try it out.. otherwise you won't get any job forever.

Tip Peluang raih kejayaan terbuka

The Problem of Unemployed Graduates

In the 70's and 80's, being a graduate was like being the best of the best, being an elite in society. Why? There were very few of them around due to fewer higher education institutions available, lower income generation of an average household, and most importantly, higher standards of public examinations and university educators. Graduates were being trained at that time, to be future leaders. That's why what was needed was the cream of the crop.

In the 90's and beyond, our country began to experience growth. A strong demand for engineers and other professionals emerged, to fill in the rapidly expanding vacancies in various sectors. However, the infrastructure available since the 70's and 80's was unable to cope, unable to produce the required manpower in appropriate numbers. So what did they do? They lowered the threshold to become a graduate. They lowered passing grades for public exams, lowered the difficulty of public exams, and subsequently lowered the quality of university exams and lecturers. Consequently, large numbers of graduates began to flood the market year after year. But these graduates were hardly the level of those trained to be future leaders.

And hence the problem we face today. The market is still looking for the cream of the crop, but the universities and other institutions are not producing them. They certainly meet the demand for more graduates but not the demand for quality graduates.

agree with reinloch ...
we are producing quantity but not quality.

so we are facing the same problem every years.
solution ... inside the graduate's mindset
if they want to get the job, be competent,
brave enough to take the fight.

otherwise they will left behind.
be remember , time goes very fast, and dont miss the boat again.

Company tmpt aku keje is one of the company under UEM Group. Skrg ni kami ade wat prog khas tuk unemployed graduate to gain an experience, UEM Young Executive Scheme. Still on going n kalo berminat korang bleh apply kt sini: http://yes.uemworld.com.my/
kalo xcompany aku pun yg amik, still ade berpuluh2 company lain lagi under UEM group of companies yg leh amik.
Cuba la....kena sentiasa rajin dan terus mencuba...
Even allowance yang ditawarkan maybe xberbaloi ngn kelayakan akademik korang (RM 1200 for degree n RM 900 for diploma holders), tp still ok kalo nk dibandingkan ngn duk menganggur kan...
Kalo nk tau details psl program ni leh tanye ek...

These days any reasons of not being able to speak English fluently are just another dumb plastic reasons... unless you live deep in the woods.

Kurang skil punca menganggur

Please make ur self well prepred before attending any interview. Make some research bout the company, what they do and what u can do. And the most important is, be happy on that day. Speak friendly with the interviewers. Maybe it can help ur merit.

anak org kaya je yg nak duduk rumah perabih beras mak bapak ..mak bapak mereka x bagi keje sbg kuli ....
aku bukan org berada..terpaksa keje tak penah mengganggur..tapi keje kedai2 makan..ofis2..kilang2 ..gaji bawah 1000.00.aku x memilih keje...tapi masalahnya aku memerlukan $$ yang banyak untuk bayar hutang pendidikan yang tertunggak...kena ikat perut mungkin bertahun2..tiap2 hari mkn sayur..ikan@ayam jumpa sebulan sekali..sy bukan org manja..nak pindah keje i kena pindah rumah dan perlukan $$ juga utk deposit ..skrg ni segala2 duit..time tgh pokai dulu xde bantuan kewangan langsung..terpaksa batalkan beberapa interview...makan meggi sebungkus sekerat pagi sekerat lagi malam selama 3 bulan...lesen memandu L expired 2 tahun padahal tinggal test jpj je...kena rompak pulak dgn samseng..bapak eksiden lah..masa tu aku sedar aku hidup melarat 2 tahun.. La ni pun semakin ok sikit..
keluarga lagilah bising2 sbb aku masih keje x setaraf dgn pendidikan.sampai la ni aku balik kg pun depa x bertegur aku.. cuti raya pun aku keje part time..
cuma x best tu..aku dah biasa dgn kehidupan kat u dulu aku aktif sangat dgn persatuan etc..project thn akhir n practikal..ke hulu ke hilir pejabat kerajaan n company yg handle project n kontraktor..lab testing..diskus dgn pelajar master n PHD about project...tetiba2 dunia aku berubah selepas bekerja kedai2..kilang2..aku jadi pasif x boleh bergerak ke mana2 tanpa duit, no money utk spend (internet+kos transpot+bil telefon)....tanpa duit x boleh keluar rumah langsung..last2 aku jual semua itu..jadilah aku seorg graduat yg katak bawah tempurung (waktu aku susah dulu)sementara bekerja keras untuk dapatkan duit supaya aku boleh kembali bembuka terpurung tersebut dgn menyediakan keperluan2 sepertimana pernah aku miliki sblm ini..

sum xperience on me..aku bkn jenis yg senang giler dpt kejer tp alhamdulillah, sblm konvo aku dh dpt keje even gji x besar tp cukuplah utk byr kete kancil aku卼hen aku byk tuka2 keje in ode utk dpt keje yg better prospect selain better pay..

At d n,aku dpt lah keje yg stabil after 2 years grad..dlm proses aku cari keje yg aku puas ati ni, aku pernah gak x keje langsung dlm 3 bln..tp bkn aku x buat keje langsung dlm mase 3 bln tu..aku buat part time jgk.knp aku jump2 cam tu!!??ada bberapa sbb.
1)x puah ati dgn bos.
2)keje x sesuai dgn aku.
3)better prospect.
4)location..
dlm 2 thn tu, aku tukar dh 4 tmpt keje...skrg,since 2004 aku masih stay di sini..Klu ade better offer lg, mungkin aku akan blah jgk..tp, skrg ok!, aku stay...

moral of story, rezki mmg ada utk kite卪ase aku rs nk pecah kpala 3 bln tuk pikir nk dpt keje, Tuhan bg jgk akhirnyer
