salam mrsnd, biasanya kalau kau estimated RM180k, kau kena ada xtra another RM30-RM50, nak cari d/storey dgn harga tu..emmm susah rasanya...

kalau tak silap rumah yg LBS launch tu Townhouse type, kalau developer LBS memang ok sbb rumah apartment yg saya beli sekarang ni takde defect sgt,

ada kawan aku ckp kawasan punchong dulu area tapak pelupusan sampah & lombong...tanah byk yg d tambak sje..so posibility umah nk crack2 tuh sgt tinggi...lg2 kalu beli umah bertingkat2...btol ke..sbb aku x penah dengo plak? :re:

kat sini ada sesipe beli umh kat pelangi semenyih ke?

kat area tu bagus jugak tu..dkt dgn bangi,kajang,KLIA,pajam dan Putarajaya..

skg ni dah ada TESCO dan KFC
cuma kat situ jem kat pekan semyih tu

ramai org govermant beli kat situ...

apa jenis tanah sekali pon tade masalah nak buat rumah/building...semua bergantung pada construction design dan construction stage.nak buat klcc satu lagi pon boleh kat puchong tu..

mmg la bergantung kpd kekuatan piling tanah...
mcm KLCC tu bukannya tanah lombong...jadi posibility kemendapan tanah akibat drp pergerakan tanah dlm bumi bole diatasi
ni tanah dah sah2 tanah lombong...dahtu camana caranya developer piling tanah kena tengok juga..
kot main piling tangkap muat jer...asalkan ada pilingnya...kos piling tanah ni bukannya murah...
mendapan tanah akibat pergerakan tanah bole ke dihapuskan hanya dgn kekuatan piling...?
tunggu la 15 - 20 tahun lagi...mendapan tanah pasti berlaku juga...pergerakan tanah mana bole ditahan2 kan..?
