Design lawa, appreciation tinggi. Good return of investment. Masjid pun dlm pembinaan, LRT & Star akan dibina and PH will become the last terminal. Elite highway baru bukak cepat je nak gi Putrajaya,KLIA. Subang,Shah Alam is only a stone away.

Simedarby project some more.Insya-Allah x mengecewakan. Hari tuh baru pegi tgk unit yg dh hampir nak siap,quite berpuas hati dgn finishing.Porcelain tile in the living and dining, ceiling height ceramic tile for kitchen & bathroom.

Kalau nak duduk lama pun best PH ni,nak dijadikan as an investment pun bagus. Jomlah,boleh jadik jiran =)

hehehe.....abah iena cerita camtuhler....dok beli rumah single storey tahun 1980 cenggitu ler.....time tuh harga murah.....zaman abah kejer jalan raja laut dari tahun tuh sampai ler 2005....

lskang nie kawasan orang panggil elite....dah betapa banyak pembangunan.... nie skang kejer kat jalan raja chulan....paling koman atas jalan dalam 20 minit kalau tak jem....kalau jem ala kadar ada ler dalam 45 minit.....

p/s : abah tak menyesal pun beli sinie...dulu mungkin ngeluh sket...tapi alhamdulillah dengan pembangunan dan jalan raya yang ada....

jiran aku 4 thn sudah beli umah kat nilai la...
konon nak umah besar dan murah...
tapi tahan duk 2 thn jer..koz tak sanggup nak facing toll punya pasal..
end up jual umah kat nilai...sib baik ade buyer...jual pun murah gak koz konsider jauh kan..

dolu2 org beli umah yg jauh tapi besar still dpt bertahan koz jln dulu mana ader toll...
now ni..bajet utk toll jer dah sama dgn bajet petrol..malah lebih lagi..koz toll naik tiap thn..
