Apa kelebihan mempunyai daya tumpuan dan fokus yg hebat? Antara yg dapat saya fikirkan di sini ialah:
1. Menjadi seorang top performer.
2. Meningkatkan produktiviti.
3. Menjadi seorang pendengar yg baik (good listener).
4. Memudahkan proses pembelajaran.

Jadi bagaimana nak memperolehi daya tumpuan dan fokus yg hebat seperti yg dinyatakan di atas? Mungkin ada pelbagai cara. Tapi salah satu cara yg saya kenalpasti ialah dengan bermeditasi.

hehe MACD sekali pandang aku ingat point no 1 tu "menjadi top forummer"...anyway yang aku tahu melatih kita punya memory power dapat meningkatkan prestasi otak kita..memory kalau tak silap termasuk dalam salah satu kriteria dalam pengiraan IQ..teringat kisah tentang seorang Russian journalist ni...dia hairan kenapa org perlu salin notes semasa briefing..bila dia punya superior tanya kenapa dia tak salin notes, dia kata tak perlu sbb dia dapat hafal semua..when his superior asked him to repeat what has been briefed, he shockingly repeat exactly the whole session, word by word..amazing kan?..that Ruskies didn't have special training whatsoever, dia sebenarnya 'stumbled upon' a technique of memorising while he was a kid..and he had been practising ever since..ada banyak teknik memori ni, aku ada belajar satu teknik ni..sebelum gunakan teknik ni, nak ingat 10 benda ikut turutan pun susah, tapi lepas belajar aku boleh hafal berpuluh-puluh sampai beratus-ratus  benda ikut turutan..huhu:nerd:

BTW, boleh tak share teknik memori u tu kat semua org. I pun nak belajar gak.

Bercakap mengenai daya ingatan, baru2 ni saya ada baca buku yg ditulis oleh Dale Carnegie pasal public speaking..(tajuk buku tak ingat.opss.:malu:.). Dia tulis dalam buku dia, the rules of memorizing are three:
1. Impression
2. Repetition
3. Association

1. Impression
Utk mengingat kita perlu bagi 100% tumpuan kepada apa yg kita nak ingat. Sbb tu saya cuba tulis pasal focus & concentration kat atas tu. Mana lagi senang nak ingat, membaca buku dgn penuh konsentrasi dalam keadaan yg aman dan tenteram ataupun membaca buku sambil tgk TV? Sudah tentu dalam keadaan yg pertama bukan? Sebabnya ialah kita memberi tumpuan tak berbelah bagi kepada otak kita utk mengingat apa yg kita baca. Kalau kita tgk TV sambil membaca buku, maka otak kita terpaksa share and split attention from both book and TV.

OK nanti sambung later sebab nak berbuka puasa.

saya belajar teknik tu daripada buku Tony Buzan...nanti kalau ada masa saya post kat sini teknik tu.Lgpun dah lama tak praktis, dah lupa:nyorok:Tapi generally lebih kurang sama mcm yg MACD baca dlm buku tu.

Aku dengar Monroe's Institute punya program yg dikenali sebagai The Gateway Experience. Hehe. Thats funny.

Cigarate wont u increase ur brain power Im afraid.:lol It is the state of being relaxed when smoking that does. When ur smoking, u let loose everything that is in your mind, hence inducing the alpha state of brainwave..

So to those who have not tried smoking, u might just want to save ur pair of lungs by listening to binaural beat to achieve the same effect.:lol
