erm, mcm biase ade je problem ngan laptop nih..
skrg ni tgh berlambak2 video kat dlm laptop..
kadang2 boring kalau tgk kat screen laptop nih..
so, hari tu beli la wayar yang output kat tv tuh.
beli punye beli, last2 takle gune :geram:
laptop mcm takleh detect je cable tu..
kalau output audio tu senang2 je..
tp masalahnya my sis punye laptop boleh..
so, ape problemnye?
comp, graphic card, cable?
should i buy a new cable? |

my suggestion is, to isolate the issue, why don't you use the same tv and the same cable that your sis used (since it worked for your sis)? if doesn't work, then it's probably your video output jack. if it worked, then it's probably your cable or tv video input jack (you can borrow your sis cable and use it to connect to your tv to isolate the problem more). by the way, are you treating the TV as an external monitor (using monitor cable to connect the laptop to the tv - vga/dvi) or using S-video output jack on the laptop and connected to s-video input on the tv?

kalau macam tu, your video output jack tu ada masalah. kalau laptop tu ada warranty lagi, boleh hantar untuk check and have the part replace. or, mungkin jack tu okay sebab audio keluar but internal connectivity for the video is having an issue.

what cable is this? S-Video cable?
kalau nak plug ke TV, TV pun kena ada S-Video jack jugak kan?
so, bila dah cucuk kabel tu, kena tekan "Fn+F#" key. (refer keyboard diagram).
sama juga kalau guna VGA output utk projektor, monitor CRT or LCD panel, TV, etc.
kalau nak guna multiple screen memang kena guna Fn Key + F# key ni.
err.. betul ke yg aku jawab ni? atau korang ckp pasal kabel lain? :nerd:

boleh gune, tp mmg susah gile nak detect..
right-click.. pastu gi kat graphic options and output to telivision..
pastu kalau langgar sikit cable, terus hilang.
so, what's the problem?

Control Panel> Display Properties> Settings> dalam settings tu ada option utk guna which monitor.
kalau takde, kena plug monitor tu dulu, bila detect baru kuar option tu.
tapi depend pada driver software la. |

Erm.. aku rasa itu adalah pilihan terakhir.. jika anda pengguna laptop..selama nie xpernah cucuk.. rasanya peratusan nak rosak port tue cam susah(sekiranya anda bebetul menjaga laptop anda seperti mana menjaga bayi & laptop anda adalah branded menggunakan hardware yg brander or etc)... selain itu juga faktor hardware grafik tue sendiri coz ada sesetengah grafik card tue ada aje tv out but nak kena setting bagai nak rak baru boleh.. dan ada jugak utk view buat keje (desktop enviroment) ok boleh view dekat tv but kalu main game or layan VCD/DVD kat TV tue kuar blank.. xde pepe... so better ask someone/technician yg boleh membantu anda.. bukan xgalakkan anda ke terus "menyerah pegi kedai" .. coz zaman sekarang nie ramai sangat jenis "pancung kepala" so jika anda ke kedai pastikan jangan anda yang membuat keputusan tentang sesuatu itu rosak atau tidak lebih baik kuar dari mulut depa/technician... coz jika anda kata rosak.. then technician check actually xrosak.. then cas u as "rosak" so.. xbestlah camtue.. walaubagaimanapun xsemua technician dan sewaktu denganya berperangai seperti itu.

for laptop, biasanya semua parts integrated. so, kalau one part rosak, kena ganti the whole mobo. mahal tu. but, kalau manufacturer tu design the mobo where you can replace just the bad part, tak mahal sangat. yang mahal biasanya labor cost. biasanya, if the part is not something that prevent the laptop to work, kalau warranty dah expire, tak payah hantar kedai because it's not worth the money. tunggu ajelah beli laptop baru. nak baiki s-video jack tu memang tak worth it.

Masa ko cucuk cable tue ke laptop kan.. ada kluar bunyik apa2 tak?
Bunyik ni biasa kluar masa ko cucuk pendrive.. kalo bunyik ni klua aku rasa cable tu tak rosak
Tapi kalo sunyi sepi je maknanya sah la cable rosak.. lagi satu mungkin output jack kat laptop ko yang dah rosak
Try la berus sikit2 ke kasi bersih.. mana la tau boleh jalan |
