Sun...sebenarnya kan..ikan kembung 4 ekor aje..tapi sbb ikan tuh beso dan tebal..akak belah 2 ikan tuh (jgn buang kepala)..tu pasai jd nipis lagi pun lagi sedap...tepung byk sekeliling2 jika dibandingkan celup sekor gitu...

weekend baru ni jumpa ikan selar kuning....terus buat goreng tepung...sedap wooo...crunchy giler....dah abis makan baru teringat nak amik gambo...sorry la yer...tader gambo...ader cerita jer...

biasanya kalau buat..rangup masa panas jer..macamana nak kasi crunchy w/pun dah sejuk(macam makan kat PCB hari tu..sejuk pun rangup)..resepi k. liza belum try lagi..maklang guna resepi mana nie..

kakliza punya resepi...sedap makan kuar aje dlm kuali terus ngap, ..takleh tunggu lama sbb nanti tepung tu lembik....macam mana oghang yg duk jual tu still crunchy lagi w/pun dah sejuk :hmm:

maisya dah beberapa kali goreng ikan salut tepung guna resepi yg ni:

INGREDIENTS:

vegetable oil for deep frying
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup water

PREPARATION:
Mix flour with salt in a small bowl. Mix vinegar with baking soda. Add vinegar mixture and water to the flour mixture; beat until smooth. Dip chicken/fishes pieces into batter; allow excess batter to drip off into the bowl. Fry until golden brown


Nie sebenarnya resepi utk salut nugget....ok lah, rangup jer.... tak tau ler tahan berapa lama kerangupannya....tapi rasanya lama ler jugak maintain rangup tu sebab dari mula suap anak makan sampai habis dia makan still rangup lagik....lama gak tu dlm setengah jam....

nak kasi rangup sokmo...buh air kapur sket dlm batter tuh...

mlm td buat ikan celup tepung..buat 10 ekor..abiskan stok lm fridge..tp dah siap gorg baru pasan..selalu org buat rangup..tp tejanya lembut je..kesnya buat batter sama cm nak salut udang..pi boh baking powder bagai :bgrin: ..tp ok gak..tak sedar makan sampai 4 ekor
