ct..ur food combination dah cun habis! makan la sampai kenyang...kalau tahan2, tu yg jadi gila bila makan tu!  no need to restrict urself to only 2 pieces of bread...kesian kat u nanti!best lagi..yg roti dgn butter tu...layer kan dgn lettuce, n tomato...sprinkle with pepper and salt. sedap!

u nak blend the night before okay...but rasa dia not as good...fruit juice ni elok minum fresh2!..if overnight..rasa dia dah bertukar jadi tak sedap.

sheila...if awak nak kurus dlm seminggu ni...sikit pun tak boleh! carbo ni alkaline and protein is acidic...carbo needs alkaline juice in the tummy to be digested, and protein needs acidic juice...so if campur...alkali plus acid..they will neutralise each other. tu yg the food tu dok terperap and fermented kat dlm perut...psal susah nak digest.

so sheila...try to follow as closely as possible...pasal awak tu ada dateline...a week!

bila food tak boleh nak digested, the body will spend the energy into digestting this stuff...instead of using that energy to brun the extra fat we have. tu yg system kita jadi toxic tu...campur pulak dgn air yg mendilutelan the digestive juices..lagi la lama terperap. tu yg they say..if u combine ur food properly, in 3 hrs, the food will have been moved to the intestine, bukan kat dalam perut lagi.  tu yg after 3 hrs..boleh makan benda lain or minum. if tak combine properly...it takes more than 8 hrs, sometimes 12 hrs just for the food to leave the stomach.

nanti saya akan cuba sedaya upaya utk m'ikuti prog. nie
& sis yela nie dietitian yg sporting...:pompom:
sebenarnya dah byk kali cuba diet programs nie (pil)
tapi tak leh nak maintain arr....
seblm nih penah cuba duromine, appetite (lebih kurang la tu, lupa nama
ubat tue), redutil, xenical
sume tue sekejap je...  :kant: pas tue jadi cam biasa balik...

before this buat atkin diet.. bukan fully atkins lah. hehe.. ada gak alter sana sini. penggunaan minyak saya tetap kurangkan. tapi alhamdulillah dah hilang belas-belas kilo gak la. lama gak dekat 5-6 bulan wat atkins. nasi/mihun makan sesekali je. itu pun jamah sepiring je. selalunya makan roti breakthru dengan tomato/kobis/mayo. itu wajib ada kat dapur every day. buah tak makan banyak, sesekali makan epal hijau belah pagi.

tapi masih ada nak turunkan kgs lagi sket. nak try diet yang ni plak lah. sambil-sambil tu kita tambah pengetahuan jugak eh.. JOM DIET! :bgrin:

nanti u all tak faham pulak....i meant when u deprive ourselves of food...we tend to binge when we let go...tu yg overeat tu and jadi gemuk. so whenever u feel hungry, makan but right time and combination
