Jarang medical/dermatological/beauty website yg ice pergi yg tiada mention tretinoin (Retin - A)..Betul-betul powerful lah effectnya sampai sana-sini mesti ada mention..tak berjela..walau sedikit mesti ada..

I guess sbb ia multipurpose..utk acne boleh, utk wrinkle boleh, utk parut boleh, utk warna tak rata boleh, utk kulit tak tegang boleh, utk tambah collagen boleh..Cuma pada ice ia ambil masa juga utk show full effect..busuk-busuk pun 3 bulan..

But combined with other suitable ingredients..the overall change kat kulit is faster..

Barang-barang yg ada bahan-bahan yg tera sebutkan ni selalunya diklasifikasikan sbg cosmeceuticals..and this is what i'm currently interested in..

Nak start, bior me start with something i'm familiar with..Retin A. Retin A nie agak lembab bekerja..but the transformation and the way it helps my skin is very obvious..It took me more than 3 months tu see the results..Scars hilang, skin is softer and you can virtually see your pores dan tak congested. Now that i incorporate Biomedic Conditioning gel into my routine..lagilah ketara kesannya. Retin works well with Hydroquinone..I tried mengasingkan...conditioning gel satu malam, Retin satu malam but it can never challenge the way my skin looks after a night of Conditioning gel plus Retin A.

Retin A is much more suited for acne whereas Renova (not sure ada kat M'sia atau tak) ia suitable for wrinkles. Retinol rasanya dua-dua boleh. I've read lots of feedback in the internet and any people tak boleh tolerate Retin, too harsh for their skin and many also gave up sbb tak mahu go through the initial phase of purging. I'm not sure sama ada mereka betul-betul tak boleh tolerate atau salah guna? Ada a few tips when applying. Pertama, make sure your skin is really dry selepas mencuci sbb wet skin absorbs much more n kalau kulit org tu jenis tak tahan..mmg negative effects la kot. Application..whatever medicine pun apart from Retin, put the lightest film possible..no need to drown our face dgn Retin. Third, concentrationnya..you might need the higher strength..or you might need the lowest one...

Alhamdullilah kak Sal..my skin is improving..Nak kata tak ada new breakout tu tak betullah sebab i know, kulit ice hanya boleh completely pimple free jika ambik oral antibiotic sahaja..

Namun begitu dr segi rupa kulit tu, dah tak berapa congested and scars gradually fading

Janganlah pakai retin dulu..tera mmg betul-betul dah dekat tarikh kahwin nie..Nanti tak sempat nak heal/habis purge..

Nanti kalau ada apa-apa perubahan with the conditioning gel tu, tampal tau..

Active ingredient: 2% hydroquionone
Inactive: Ada glycolic acid, saliclyic acid & ascorbic acid..(among other things)

Sheys pon tengah berjinak2 nak kenal Retin-A. last weekend ade gi pharmacy.. tanye pasal Retin-A ni.. mmg betul, utk acne and all skin problems...
Tapi, kat sini everyone mentioned that u guys guna Retin-A creme 0.1%.
Tapi doctor kat pharmacy tu suggest guna creme 0.1% untuk dry skin and gel 0.01% untuk oily skin.. dont know which one is better...
Ke... xkisah whether creme or gel..

u pakai yg mane? saya pakai yg "clarifying" facial cleanser
tak rase dry... tapi sebab muka memang jenis terlalu oily.... :lol

rase cam terbalik je....(in terms of kepekatan la)
sebab retin-A nih mengeringkan.... pasal tuh kalau terlalu pekat....
kulit jadik dry and mengelupas....
ikut logik saya (yg bukan dr. hehehe)..... patutnyer
oily skin pakai yg 0.1% and dry skin pakai yg 0.01%...


tapi cream memang for dry skin...
gel for oily skin...
tapi susah nak jumpa retin-A dalam bentuk gel...
arituh penah gak saya try retin-A 0.1% cream.... takde bad effect... tapi tak tahan cream die tuh aa... rase nak berpeluh jek...


tapi better get nasihat dr. aa.... senang.... farmacist saya tak caya sgt
kalau tak tanak jumpa dr gak... rasenye start la ngn lowest dose retin-A..
untuk kasik kulit berkenalan ngn retin-A.... tak tergezut die...
also nak tgk bad reaction kalau ader....
