Nak citer sikit. Iol dah buat diet atkin setahun setengah. Mula dengan berat 65 kg dan sekarang 50.5 kg. Tinggi iol 152 jer. Next target 48 kg. Lepas tu iol nak mantain je pd fasa 4. Iol selalu cheat. Masa mula2 diet iol diet 2 minggu lepas tu cheat sehari. Bila dah masuk zon berat 53-52 iol diet seminggu lepas tu cheat sehari. Sebab tu jd slow penurunan tu. Sejak bulan pose ni iol diet kaw2 jugak n kalo cheat tu x seberapa sangat. Jd turun jugak la berat dri 52.5-50.5 kg. Harap2 iol mampu masuk zon 40++.  Nak merasa jugak berat 40++ jer

bestnye ualls setengah thn je buat atkins dah dpt berat skarang?

Sorry baru perasan reply ni. Iols buat atkin setahun 10 bulan dah. Sekarang berat 52-51 mcm tu la.

Hari ni hari ke 4 iol diet atkin fasa 1/2. Iols cabar diri utk diet selama sebulan tanpa cheat. Sebelum ni mmg diet tp asyik cheat je kalo hujung mnggu. Berat mula 52. Ada 26 hari lagi utk selesaikan misi ni.

nak tanya klu fasa pertama blh tak amik kafien...? sbb sy rasa pening2 dan migrain klu tk minum kafein... saya da biasa minum kafein awal pagi....mcm da sebati dlm diri heheh

Kalau puasa+atkins ok tak?
Maksudnya 2x meal je..sahur n berbuka.
Pastu air xcukup la 3liter

Kalo sis jenis gigih puasa better try intermitten fasting..cer google... i dh byk kali gagal dlm diet atkins ni.. i lebih gigih berimtermitten fasting dr beratkins..

Diet n exercise la... cer target 4 hrs of exercise per week... brisk walk pun ok.. janji being active busuk2 30 mins per day..
as per diet, kalo nak atkins.. try buat dr phase 4 to 1.. posibility utk kekal dlm atkins lebih tinggi.. sbb aku jenis yg x gigih so byk kali terkandas dlm atkins..

Buat atkin before kahwin turun 10kg. a yeayyy for me.

lepas kahwin bergembira sakan naik balik 10kg. lepas 4 bulan pregnant and now da delivered baby. Cadang nak continue again but breasfeed, i am sentiasa lapooo. so later la.

Pada yang nak buat atkin, go go go. cuma jangan over do lah. please penuhkan knowledge anda untuk buat atkin ni baru menjadi. work life balance okay. xoxo
